Prompt delivery, excellent service

Goods arrived within 3 days and price paid was good. Only niggle was not having tracking info sent to me so I was completely in the dark about delivery.

Within a day of ordering 3 locks they were despatched and a day later arrived. Locks are Yale and were excellent value which could not be beaten. Initial enquiry with the company regarding door widths was handled promptly and satisfactorily. All in all a good company to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Terrible customer "service". No confirmation email and certainly no lock. I have tried to speak with somebody on a daily basis but nobody answers the phone.

Weeks and weeks with no parts or any contact. Useless!!

They sell you products that they don't have in stock. After they receive payment and confirm the order there is no further communication at all and of course no parcel.

I had to get a refund through making a charge-back which is a hassle. Even then they didn't refund the VAT! I had to request that again. This company probably profit from people that cant be bothered going through the charge-back route and just give up.

Ordered on the 10th on next day delivery. It is now 12 days later and we still have not received the item.
They haven't answered or even acknowledged any of the emails of phone calls. I believe this to be a scam operation and urge others to avoid unnecessary aggregation.

I ordered a door finger plate 7.5 cm X 15cm and received a piece of metal 75cm long by 15cm wide. Not a lot of common sense involved. I have contacted them and explained the issue. I am awaiting a replacement. Nothing yet.
