The overall shopping experience was great just that international shipping took a long time to be processed. Customer service was great as they explained that it was end of year which is why shipping takes a longer time.

Zero protection for overseas buyers
I purchased an item and the seller intentionally sent me an incorrect item which is a lot cheaper and she refused to send me back the correct item or arrange for a refund. I think it is similar as the other platform like Mercari based on my experience, Doorzo could do nothing and acts only as a "platform" notwithstanding they claimed to provide trust and reliable customer service, which is not the actual fact. The payment will be released to the seller once the incorrect item is sent to their warehouse unless you pay additional fee on the item checking service. There is no room for the buyers to follow up after sale. When you reach out to their CS, they will only reply with some AI protocol response. I have reported to the Japanese police for this situation. For overseas buyers please consider your own risk. Those scam sellers can always send you incorrect or fake items assuming no responsibility.

My experience using Doorzo for almost a year!
Doorzo has given me many opportunities to get what I want for a fair price, including shipping fees, etc. I have been using Doorzo for almost a year and I am very happy to have found this app. I have no complaints or issues about the app as of writing this, if you're looking to buy Japan products, this is going to be your app. The shipping doesn't take very long if you live near Japan, but may vary across different regions. Packages are handled with lots of care and never arrived damaged, from what I've received so far. The app provides useful services like merging different small products into a single package for easy shipping, or just requesting extra bubblewrap but all with a small fee. I would highly suggest this app for your goods.

Horrible/non existent customer service
Customer service and after sales service is equivalent to none, very inflexible with their services despite it being so slow to process and complete, customer service are dishonest and refuse to admit to their mistakes, forgotten to process my refund and proceed to lie and say that it was completed, only received my refund after 4 days and at the exact same time when they finally respond to my customer ticket and yet they assume coincidence and blame it on the bank.
