Shocking customer service

The customer service from this company is shocking! I wrote two emails to them asking when I could expect delivery and didn’t even receive the courtesy of a reply!! It’s now 9 work days since I’ve place the order with specific instructions as to where to leave it and nothing. No update no anticipated delivery date nothing. It’s apparently in the hands of the delivery company and they have not updated their information for the last 4 working days!! Avoid this company!!
