    I received multiple updates on my order…

    I received multiple updates on my order up until it was delivered. When I received my order everything was packed separately in its own see through jewelry box that can be used for storing jewelry. I ordered multiple necklaces in silver and gold and they were beautiful and great quality. I love my purchase.

    The items looked exactly like it did…

    The items looked exactly like it did online and was received timely. The only thing I did not like was the delivery service used to deliver the item because they dropped it off at my front door instead of gently placing it on the ground.

    Personalized jewelry excellent

    My experience with dorado personalized jewelry was awesome. The name was wrong on one of my children’s names 20 minutes after purchase, the representative was kind and professional. The pieces were exactly as advertised and high quality. Website user-friendly. Prices very reasonable.

    I ordered a necklace for my Niece and…

    I ordered a necklace for my Niece and Myself and the chain that I ordered for myself was incorrect. I reached out to customer support via email and within the hour someone had contacted me. I sent a picture of the necklace I received versus what was ordered, they verified it and escalated it to a manager. By that evening a manager reached out to let me know that the correct necklace was being made and I should receive it in a couple weeks. I asked if I needed to return the one that was made my mistake and she told me no to keep it as their way of apologizing. The necklaces are of great quality and there was nothing wrong with the one that I received I just really wanted the chain that I ordered. My Niece received hers for her birthday and stated it was the best gift ever, she loved it so much! I have worn mine daily no tarnishing, no irritation to my skin (I have sensitive skin), and have received tons of compliments and non one can believe what I paid for it. Delivery time is expected due to item having to be made, but it still arrived way before the last day in the time frame, so I give them an exceptional review on that as well.
