    Just received my bamboo hoops. Not
    worth the $. I thought I was getting better quality from Dorado. Same quality as the ones I purchased on Amazon for $14.

    I definitely recommend buying from them

    The experience I had while shopping in their website was simply flawless.

    From selecting the items of my choice to choosing a payment method and actually making payment up to delivery of the items to my house, the entire process was seamless and without hassle.

    Excellent Customer Service

    My first order the earring came with name backwards. I reached out to customer support and they came through. They delivered another set with correct earring format. I also order two nameplates with chain for my husband and step-son; they love it.

    Excellent communication and response by email. Will continue to order more pieces from Dorado. Love the quality, but overall love the customer service experience!
