I wanted to send back my order but you didn’t put the return label in the package. I don’t have a printer and it was very difficult for me to get the label. Finally I got it but it printed out very large so I had to put plastic and tape around the package. This all took time and money. I really hope that you don’t reduce the sending costs from the actual items!
After all this I had only problems with PostNord. But that is an other matter..

Dormy is a good company but there police about returning money for at defect product through Klarna is a disaster.
I had a defect product and Dormy accepted to return my money. So fare so god. The money was not returned in 14 days and I contacted Dormy to ask why. They told me that they had done all they should and it was MY job to contact Klarna to get my money. I try to convince them that it was their job to talk to Klarna but they refuse. I find that very strange and frankly not ok that it is my job to talk to Dormys subcontractor.
I vent on to talk to Klarna and what a disaster. 3 times they promised me to return my money. Each time it would take 14 days. After not receiving my money after nearly 2 month, I returned to Dormy and told them that I would go to the Police and the legal system if they didn't contacted Klarna them selv. That help!
Finally I received my money directly from Dormy on the 28 of July after spending around 4-5 hours talking to Dormy and Klarna all in all.
I think that is a very bad client service and I will thinks twice about buying from Dormy again.

I was contacted by email with a response to my query about returning a golf top that was too small. However the website was frustrating as it would not allow me to register the return as instructed. I had to contact Customer Services to request a return label instead.
customer service is awesome. would order again everytime!

I bought a pair of Ecco biom tour golf shoes 6 months ago from Dormy Golf. The were at a really good price.
Sadly the seams split on the sides and they were no longer waterproof.
I contacted Dormy Golf and Johan got back in touch with a super quick response and resolution.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again

My rangefinder suddenly stopped working. Then I sent it back to Dormy and I was treated very politely and when they could not find the problem they decided to refund the total amount, or I could choose something else. I finally did the latter. I am very satisfied with the handling of my complaint. dormy super thanks

Won’t deliver to Northern Ireland. Delivers to the Uk and Ireland but not Northern Ireland thanks to the extra EU nonsense regulations.

Tried to order two wedges on their site, could not pay, eventually after approx 4 hours, they do not ship to my country, supposed to be the best golf store in Europe, my country is in Europe. An absolute disgrace, stay well away. They even sent me a voucher for £10 which is my currency to spend in the shop which I can not use because they do not ship to me. Barbaric.

Great store and awesome customer service . Had a problem with delivery and package content. The customer service managed to solve it quickly. Even if they were not responsible for this problem, they were very kindfull and comprehensive. It gives me a lot of confidence for next orders.

Product arrived with depleted battery when it was meant to take 4000 exposures. No help other than telling me to buy a new battery which is £10 for a single one and only available on special order. Really rubbish service.
