Fabulous after sales service

I raised a warranty issue with a pair of ECCO shoes.

A few messages on the live chat and couple of pictures later a new pair was despatched with no fuss at all.

Really great service - helpful and pleasant support team.

Don't worry that the goods come from Sweden with service like this backing it up.

Great to deal with

Dormy golf does it again, best prices on the internet. Very easy to deal with.This is my 3rd purchase from Dormy golf a Sim Max 2 hybrid. Great value for money. 10 out of 10 for Dormy Golf 👍but a miserable 5 out of 10 for FedEx😩
I was able to track the club all the way to the dilvery address which unfortunately wasn’t my home address. Fortunately the delivery driver took a photo of where he left the club in his message to me when it was delivered. After a bit of hassle I managed to track down the club from the wrong address. trying to contact FedEx is almost impossible.

I tried to buy a Garmin watch in your…

I tried to buy a Garmin watch in your net shop. It didn´t give me to do it. I have been your customer many years ago and maybe therefore the net page said that I already have registered when it asked for the security word.
I do not have any kid of idea what security word I was times ago using on your page. Anyhow not even new profile creating was possible. No I have to find somewhere another Garmin deliver. With best regards Juhani Wiio

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service. Prices lower than anywhere else. Easily contactable customer services / advisors, super super helpful. Put UK golf companies to shame. Don't go anywhere else, obviously slightly longer delivery time but 100% worth the wait to deal with such a professional outfit.

Excellent service and warranty process

Last year I've ordered a Cobra driver through Dormy Unfortunately the driver-head cracked during a tee-off. Received a full refund from Dormy under warranty. Awful Custimer Service - I ordered a golf bag for my sons…

I ordered a golf bag for my sons birthday, it was a limited edition which was more expensive than others available. It shipped to Ireland 10 days later and I received a completely different golf bag. It took 2 days for them to agree with me that the bag was a completely different colour scheme which was unbelievable considering the photos clearly showed this . They then agreed I had received the wrong bag. I was then told they had advertised a bag they didn't have and to send the one I have back if I wasn't happy. Needless to say the birthday has passed and they did not respond to my email expressing my dissatisfaction with the whole experience.

Great customer service

I ordered a fairway wood that came with a dozen balls free.
Unfortunately the balls didn't make it.
I reached out to dormy support and provided pictures of damaged box.
Balls immediately despatched and just received. Great service!!
Will definitely come back to this site.
