Beware "free" delivery

Despite advertising free postage I had to pay £1.50 to Royal Mail to get my card delivered. If I'd known the fee was for this order I wouldn't have bothered.

Hi Sharon, this should not have happened. All our products are sent out with sufficient postage. Royal Mail must have added a fee for some reason. As your order was back in December, we're guessing that you don't have the envelope which would show the postage and the reason as to why it was charged an extra fee? That is only for knowledge. All of that aside, this is the first we have heard of it and will now refund you the cost of your card, along with the extra £1.50 you had to pay. However, that doesn't cover you for your time or the inconvenience caused and will be sending out a gift in the post as a way of apology. Thank you for your feedbak and will ensure that all items posted to Scotland have been double checked for postage costs. Thank you, Do Something David.
