Cards look awesome and work great! Turn around time for the custom cards took longer than i would have liked!
This is great! I love my dot cards. The #1 feature I love is the no need for the recipient of my contact info to open their camera. However I do wish there was some feedback feature that they would get that my contact info was saved. This has been an issue numerous times but not a deal breaker.
I wanted to upgrade to 2.0 metal from my original card. There isn’t a Customer Service portal to explain this to anyone. I had to use the Chat feature. Which worked and I got a discount for doing the upgrade! Thank you! As you develop your platform, I believe it would be helpful for you to have an EXISTING CUSTOMER portal to handle these situations. But, if you ever need a salesperson to be out here and selling your card, hire me! I show EVERYONE my card and they want to know where to get one! I’m your biggest fan! -Rob from Parrish, Florida
Custom Metal Cards are terrible!
I purchased a set of custom metal cards for my company and the lead time is typically 30-45 days. This is totally understandable if they are actually etching on the physical card. But instead what they do is paste a sticker on the card with an incorrect image of my logo on the card. It also doesn't match the color I specifically requested.
It was so bad that I had to request a redo of the first set of cards. The redo still looked bad. It's sad because the cards with the "dot logo" look great. But on there website this was not explained clearly.

Using this is basically telling prospective clients and partners you're not professional. It looks juvenile at best and is incredibly limited in capabilities. Better off spending more for one of their competitors.

The tap hardly works! 90% of the time when I try using the tap it doesn’t work so as far as convenience, not as much, the only convenience about it is the QR code that’s on the card the tap is not a convenience when it doesn’t work 90% of the time!

$4.08 shipping for the dot thin card which would fit in an envelope! As a matter of fact, you probably could fit 20 in an envelope and send for the price of a stamp. I previously purchased one dot card which the transmitting chip work very poorly. Takes multiple attempts to function and sometimes not at all. Just ordered the 2.0 and hoping for an improvement. Neat concept. Wish them the best but feel burned by the shipping...

The dot card is a great idea, it's easy to use and the setup was simple and quick. People can get all my info in just one tap on their phone, I love it!
Dot allows me to give people my web page and all my information and its saved on their phone.
Loved this wristband however about a month after I got it it was gone. I work a lot with my hands and it came off easily. I would usually catch it coming off and then it was gone. I was so sad because the product is an amazing idea. Just easy to lose.

Customer service was great throughout the ordering and design process, setup was a breeze and very customizable, and it was so easy to connect the card once it arrived!
It's easy to use and has all my information in one place, highly recommend!
I order the dot regular card and some custom metal cards. I wanted the regular cards shipped separately because we had a big network event coming up and the custom cards were going to take a while to come in. 2 days before our event I reached out to Cindy S to see if the basic cards had shipped, not only did she reply promptly to my email, she overnighted the cards so we had them for our event. Couldn't be happier. We are excited to see the custom cards.
I just recently received my dot cards and the set up was super easy and straight forward. I haven't had the opportunity to use them as yet but I think it's going to be a game changer for my business. I can't wait to try them!
Scanning the QR code took me to a scam website, unbeknownst to me, where I entered my personal information and credit card number then becoming alerted by my credit card company of a fraudulent charge. I contacted dotcards support and the dude blamed me for going to the wrong activation website. I couldn’t return this crap fast enough.
