Great support as always! We've been using Dotdigital for years and it's been fantastic. Their customer service and account management has been so helpful as well. Our latest experience was when I set up a call to learn more about the AI functionality on Dotdigital and our account manager Tom provided very clear answers which allowed us to develop a plan going forward. He also had a very simple solution to another piece of work which was extremely helpful!

So far my experience with Dotdigital has been fantastic! Their CRM system is intuitive and easy to use, and our account manager Gemma is super insightful and responsive.

We've been using Dot Digital as our Email Marketing System for 2 years now and continue to find the platform intuitive to use with plenty of opportunity to grow, develop and refine our approach to email marketing and automation. What makes Dot stand out against competitors for us is the customer service. The online chat functionality is easy to navigate and always manages to resolve any technical issues I have. From a strategic perspective, our account manager Tom Vernon continues to support our ambitions and is always on hand to support with planning and understanding how to use the platform to the best of our ability.

Very intuitive and easy-to-use. There's a good onboarding, so you have a very short learningcurve before sending your first email or setting up your first program. The Dotdigital team is very easy to reach in case of problems, or to help with challenges or defining the next step for your marketing strategy. The blog and training hub offer a lot of information to work independently.

Caroline is fantastic, very thorough and organised - pushing our account to the fullest potential. Dotdigital has been brilliant and we have only merely scratched the surface with our strategy. Highly recommend!
