Introduced to these incredible oils 3 years ago, continue to use them daily now.
I love that the purity of every oil is guaranteed and how they are so supportive of the worldwide Communities through their Co-impact Sourcing initiatives, you couldn't find better ethics anywhere in my view!

As a consumer of doTERRA for 4 years. I am in LOVE with everything they give and the way they support both the growers, farmers, and customers.

I have full consumer confidence because they invest soooooo much time and money into creating what is truly with BEST and most effective essentials oils on the planet. My family has been supported in hundreds of ways: physically, emotionally and financially because doTERRA chooses to let normal mums like me feel empowered and have more options to create a happier, healthier home.

I couldn't imagine a day without my oils and will always be grateful the owners had the courage to invest their life savings into creating a truly incredible company. They risked everything they had, because essential oils are a gift of nature that, if we choose to welcome in, give us simple effective options that surpass anything I've encountered previously (and I spent 6 years trying EVERYTHING else).

You know a company is good, when they create a stir. When they pose a threat to competition. When they break previous standards and set a whole new level.

I trust doTERRA, the owners, the partners they work with (mostly artisan farmers who deserve good wages and timely payments) and how each drop of oil gives me only good things every time I use it.

I’ve been using DoTERRA for 7 years and find the quality & potency of their oils to be excellent. I love the humanitarian work this company does. I also like their ethos to support growers & distillers directly in many developing countries. Their website is very comprehensive where all this info can be found. 👍🏼

DoTERRA oils are excellent. I have been using them for multiple reasons and cannot fault the products. They are now a part of my daily life and have been a great comfort to me during the pandemic. When I first joined the DoTERRA community I found the website a little difficult to navigate but with time and great support this has become easier. I really wanted to be a part of this community and have these oils in my life. I have experienced great support with changing my life in a way that supports our planet and ourselves by using these precious oils. Customer service in the USA is always willing to assist and I have found that they go the extra mile to make sure that they have served us well.

Quality products and wonderful product support and guidance from the company itself and those that are product consultants too.

I've had a great experience working with dōTERRA and using their products. I adore the oils, and love the community of Wellness Advocates they support. The business opportunity is great for anyone interested in exploring that and the people involved are lovely. I've had a lovely time so far being engaged with the company.

I use doterra products since last March and they're amazing! Even customer service is very helpful. I used they diffuser since then that has broken last week. I emailed them about the issue with pictures of the diffuser and they immediately sent a replacement.
They essential oils and products are on very high quality.

Beautiful products with amazing benefits. I use them extensively on myself and my pets and have been blown away by the benefits. As a doctor I have high expectations for what I use them for and they literally have amazed me.

Having completed several aromatherapy certifications, I am also very aware of how oils are produced and deeper chemical make up and the complete transparency doTerra shows is reassuring and from an evidence based perspective extremely important.

Ethical sourcing and sustainability is also sadly forgotten in most essential oils companies but not doTerra it is nice to know that the people behind the bottle -the farmers are benefitting as they should too and the plants will be around for generations to come.

I live in the UK and have nothing but great things to say about dTERRA customer service. They are quick, efficient and always resolve my questions. I have dealt with doTERRA global countries customer service too and again a great service!

Emailed them.no response. Rang called answered in USA. Nearly two hours no joy as I did not buy the product direct. Gave them all the details no joy. They are only interested in making money . Want be buying anything from them or anyone dealing with them. Bought through the person whose is a member. Pls be careful.

Love their oils so much, the products are really the best, but the website and the whole business structure truly ruin everything. I find the website to be impossible to navigate and understand, the interface is awful, nothing is clear. The business module, how you earn points, how it works, is even worse. And the monthly order scheme is disgusting, natural remedies and aromatherapy are not about making money and encouraging people to buy what they actually do not need. That is extremely disappointing, but I do have to say the oils themselves are top notch and I absolutely love them. Change your business module doterra, please!

Awful customer service, won’t provide invoices or respond to emails. Avoid using them at all costs.

It's a scam. People that work for this company, I doubt your integrity as a human being

I was contacted by Dave from doTerra and arranged a zoom meeting to talk about the business. The day of the meeting I asked if I could cancel and was asked why. I told him my uncle was really ill and didn’t have long left so I wasn’t in the right mind frame. He Instantly tried to book me in for another session the next week. I kindly declined to which he gave me some other available dates- to which I declined again. When I received a confirmation email of my zoom cancellation and reason it read;

“Not interested in learning more about the powerful healing properties of essential oils and generating an income.”

Bought 2 petal diffusers both gone faulty within matter of a month where buttons wont work intermittantly, have to be left off for long period of time to work again, spoken to customer service and they want it back before send replacement out but this is impossible without having another (for health reasons) but they wont replace before looking at old one

I have been purchasing products from doTerra for nearly 10 years. I love and trust their products. There are hardly any problems with delivery, and when there has been an issue with something leaking or being damages, they have the absolute BEST customer service! A recent purchase was lost in the mail, no fault of doTerra's, and yet they are replacing it and shipping it priority to speed up the delivery! I am very impressed with their level of customer service and how they take care of their customers!

You dumped Pete Evans, I'm DUMPING YOU. Your work ethics are disgraceful and now you dump a man who only wants to help people see through the lies on the TV CULT. Will not be using your products ever again.
