Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever!
Emailing them on customer support and copy pasting into their Facebook messenger since 29th of July and i’ve been ignored.
I asked nicely even after 2 weeks being ignored but can’t get any respond. Got notification that they did read my e-mail and text on messenger.
I bought the product and signed up for they membership because of the discount. When I received the product I saw extra information what they didn’t say in the website. I realised it might not good for me because I have severe allergy so my life can be in risk if I take the product and have a reaction.
Can’t believe that such a big company can be so unprofessional and play with people life.
Stay away from them if you have allergy!!
Needless to say they haven’t respond for my requests about refund membership and product what I did not open!!!
And I had such a big hope for they product because I heard amazing stuff about it and can’t believe what are they doing right now. I had been patient but enough is enough.
