I like the site but the withdrawal…
I like the site but the withdrawal process was tedious and takes too long. I had to verify my account and this took time and I was quite frustrated. the verification should be agreed when you sign up not after your waiting for winnings to hit your bank. other sites have instant withdrawals.

Finally closed my account
Finally closed my account, be wary of the game RTP (Return to player) on slots, it's very low compared to other sites and the parent company (Broadway Gaming) has it's own slots with the RTP set around 4% below the industry standard.
When asked why I wanted to close my account I stated that the RTP was too low, the response was "Sorry you haven't been lucky" no explanation as to how they justify having the lowest RTP in the industry. This isn't a five star site, never has been and I've been playing on here for a long time thinking that at some point my luck has to change, it didn't and never would. Farewell Dotty, You won't be missed.
