verry easy to make orders, lots of products and brands

Got an online order with personal picking from Plaza Romania mall. According to the delivery company it got delivered on 5th of December, however Douglas said they never got it. It should have come in 1-3 days, and there's more than a month now. I've tried to contact them over email as well, their linked in support chat, facebook and their website complaint form. Never got a further answer.

Absolutely horrible customer service.
Staff in AFI Cotroceni was completely rude and rejected to help with my questions.

Bad experience. I placed an order on December 22nd, everything great, till the delivery service sends me the updates to the package and show me that Douglas messed up the address. I call the delivery service, they tell me to call Douglas cuz the problem is on their part. I call Douglas, nobody answers. I TRIED FOR MORE THAN A HOUR, ON 3 DIFFERENT PROVIDED NUMBERS AND SUBMITTED A REPORT AND EVERYONE EITHER HASN'T RESPONDED OR THEY JUST CLOSED THE CALL. I ended up refusing the package since I haven't payed for it yet and I couldn't get it anyway. I'm just disappointed since they couldn't help me and I didn't want to pay of half the cost of the package just to have it sent to my address.

Made a purchase online on October 4, 2023. I have sent emails to customer support since then, no reply. Phone numbers either don't work or don't respond. Physical stores cannot offer assistance. The only solution offered in physical store was to escalate the issue to the the Consumer Protection service.

I like the products and the availability and also in the past I had a great experience. Few days back I submitted an order but for some reason my payment was not processed so I called multiple times using all available phone numbers from the website but no answer. I need that order to arrive this week for a present and I wasn't sure if it was going to be sent asking for the payment in cash or if it will not be sent at all. I had to add a new order that I payed by card to be sure that I will get my products.

The experience is always nice, either online or in the physical shops of Douglas, because there is a lot of customised experience offered to each client, plus, in an Eastern European country like Romania, as funny as it might sound, is hard to find original products, especially those of medium/ high classes, and perfumes also. With Douglas, I am always sure I get exactly what I have paied for.

Douglas products are very suitable for my skin and my body. I just love it! I recommend trustfuly:)

Nobody is answering on the phone. I have tried to reach all the available numbers, they force and close the calls. This is not acceptable!

Received faulty products. Customer service response has been absolutely atrocious. Nobody answers the phone, and it takes about a week to receive a response to one email, if you're lucky. Took about 3 weeks of endless calls and emails to have a return picked up. After all that, apparently it takes another 2 weeks to get the money refunded. To make matters worse, they messed up the return amount as well. Still haven't received a response about that. Terrible experience.
