Fantastic experience, fast delivery, and they respond if you email them. It seems strange, but everything is perfect. Personally, what has changed for me? What has changed is that the water just tastes like water, and that was now a thing of the past. I can drink water without carbonation, and my stomach no longer gives me any problems.
It's a purchase I would make again.

Ive been using this for a few weeks, very easy to use once set up, and the water tastes really good. But it annoys me that the metal tap is not sold with it as standard, as who wants plastic when we are trying to cut down on micro plastic!! Also we have "British Berkefled" plastered all over it, yet the metal tap is made in China, why not British? If being British made is something they are proud of. But gripe over, im pleased with it.

I spent alot of time researching different water filter options. I chose Doulton as I wanted a metal filter body not plastic and also an actual filter that wasn't plastic, which is hard to find. The Doulton filter ticked both these boxes. I am really happy with my purchase, the filter workers really well, water tastes much less chemical. I found it easy to put together and after a couple of weeks of use the rate at which the water filled the chamber was quicker. I am happy that the new replacement filter can be easily purchased directly from Doulton. The filter arrived well packaged and quickly. I am very happy with my choice.

My order was left ..in the street pavement!!!! I complained to Doulton( fault of courier,DPD, who lied about leaving it in porch.. impossible,as my front door was locked) but never acknowledged my complaint. Obviously not important for them. NOT good customer service

Clean water should be a human right but with the uncertainty of old pipelines and chemicals these products are some of the most important ones I have in my house and workshop.
Installed is a mixer tap with under-counter filters, which works perfectly for a busy family that all predominantly drink water.
Also we use a separate small tank system in a workshop space.
I have set up a filter subscription to take the pressure off needing to remember replacing them, without a break in better quality water and at a reduced cost.
Customer service is excellent and delivery is always an easy and quick experience. 100% recommend.

Git this really poor working set of filter from doulton. Got shipped off 4 times by customer service with some lame excuse.
