Once I realised that a small amount of water was supposed to be retained in the top cannister it was so easy to use. Good size for a small kitchen. Water tasted better than any other filter brands I have used. 10/10 so far. Would recommend.

My order arrived very, swiftly thank you. I love the sensible packaging and the look of my Gravity water filter. I also love the taste of the water.
Two things though.
If you haven't had a water filter before or if you have had an ineffective one, you may be surprised at how long proper filtration takes. Don't let this put you off.
The Gravity Filter doesn't include the optional water level marker. I wish I had bought one at the beginning to save the accidental overflows!

Delivery was a pickup which was quick and easy. The products is fantastic. Works really well and the setup was easy to do as well. So no no problems the instructions what came with the product was very easy to understand. I'm loving my gravity filter system and my clean water at last.

I have wonted one of these Walter filters for a long time my daughter got one and I have got to say the Walter is beautiful very fresh you can definitely tell the difference so I had to have one and I’m so glad I did no more buying bottle Walter in horrible plastic bottles for me

I was so looking forward to using Doulton filtered shower head. I must admit am pretty disappointed.
The flow poor, I tried to unlock the respective parts where the filters are situated I was unable to. I even bought spare filters.I sent email requesting assistance, still waiting....

The Doulton water filters are perfect for my water filter, very good price arrived fast and very well packed, i will re order from this company again.

Definitely rate it for taste. I’m using the ultra Sterile filters, haven’t done any tests to see if it removes what it say it does so can’t comment on that. But It’s a great feature, easy to build, easy to clean. Will probably get another one with the fluoride filters next.

When i tasted the filtered water i knew it was money well spent.

I have loved using my water filter and the water is lovely. I have had the unit for 6 months and it is time to replace the filters. I misread the price of the ceramic filter and thought it was 43 pounds for a pair. However, when I looked yesterday I realised that was each, unless I subscribed and about twenty pounds would be knocked off the price. I felt cheated in a way. I knew the filters would need replacing but the cost is about half to two thirds of the price I paid for the unit. It is really disappointing. I don't want to subscribe so now I am penalised. Very upset about that. I am not sure if I want to pay 90 pounds plus for two filters. For that reason alone I would not recommend. The product is lovely but too expensive to run.

Stainless water filter with ceramic filters. Works well, takes a long time to filter, but nice water at the end of it. Delivered quickly. Water level indicator with tap, worth the extra outlay.

Came quickly and was very well packaged.
Only bad thing ? i ordered spare filters too and they shipped same time, but in a different package..loads of extra waste packing materials etc..not very green.
The website forced me to make two separate orders, as I couldn’t add extra filters, and a discount code for those, on the main order. Website wasn’t flexible.

Spent over £200 with Doulton but it feels cheap, and it’s partly Made in China. The filter has plastic components which come into contact with the water, at filtration and after filtration. The tap also does not fix into place, it moves easily when opening and closing the valve. Rather disappointing but I’ll be keeping it because I trust that the filtration is better than no filtration.

Ordered a British Berkefeld gravity filter system along with a filter subscription. Everything arrived as described and delivery was smooth and straightforward. Good value for a quality product with a reassuring subscription service to keep replacements coming without having to think about it. Happy to recommend.
