No Customer service!!!
Business is built on customer service, Doxdirect do not have any, I have used them a number of times and if you have cause to ring them they just say put it in an email and we will deal with it, Their site states normally within 2to3 working hours NO!!! they just ignore the email, I wont be using them again, they need to overhaul their customer service, and take better care of their customers.

Excellent customer service
The order that I received wasn't what I expected. Customer service is excellent, quick response, they helped me figure out why the quality was poor, helped me understand what file was needed for the best result, how to send a large file and quickly reprinted it for me. They couldn't have been more helpful, I would highly recommend Doxdirect for poster printing.
