Really saved me after I was let down by another supplier, provided efficient, transparent service online, and was able to proof read the file prior to print. communication was good and it was sent in the time stated and service paid for. super efficient. Had an issue with a page but they corrected it and resent it.

It was much easier than i thought. I did a poor job of scanning a memory book from my late mother in law. Had pictures and the scanning i did wasnt great. Wasnt expecting much but i am blown away on how nice it look the image is very clear and the quality of paper is excellent. It was also processed so quick.im super impressed. Thank you

I’ve used dox direct loads of time in the past and have never had an issue. This time though, delivery was a day late despite paying for nominated day delivery (this was a birthday gift but didn’t arrive in time because it missed the delivery day). And the print itself was blurry, this may have been part the fault of the upload which was done on a mobile device, but no warnings were received for a lack of resolution as I would normally expect. Won’t stop me using Dox again but I will be more selective with what I get from them moving forward

Found this site after struggling to create a recipe book of family recipes with photos on a photo book site for my son’s birthday.
