We got to see the doctor within 15…
We got to see the doctor within 15 minutes on a Sunday when it would otherwise be very difficult to see a doctor. We did a video call and the doctor was very thorough with his assessment and answered all of our questions. I have used this service quite a few times and I honestly think it is superb. PreviouslyI have had perscriptions sent through to my local pharmacy within minutes. Thankfully we didnt need a perscription in this case but got invaluable peace of mind :-)

TIMES OF NEED - EFFICIENCY COUNTS
I came to Ireland from UK due to a family emergency. I only had 5 days medication in my tablet holder, I ended up staying longer than anticipated. I am not in a position to travel back to UK and top up my tablet box. I have gone for 4 days now without my important meds and my daughter advised me to contact Dox Online. I chose the appointment telephone call time to speak to a Doctor and The Doctor was very punctual, he called exactly on the hour , no delays. After our conversation I sent everything he requested in supporting my request and within a short time a prescription was sent electronically to the Local Pharmacy and in the morning I will go and collect my medication. This process has helped me not to visit A&E and it is very affordable. I am so Grateful to the Doctor who attended to me over the phone, Unfortunately I did not take his name but all I want to say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU SAVED ME FROM HOSPITAL QUEUES. THE SERVICE IS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT.
