I am deeply unhappy and upset by the way this law firm have behaved and continue to treat me. I could never recommend them. They are awful and I wish I had never had anything to do with them. They are not clear about how much money they are going to charge you, I was told one thing but they claim another was written down. I have signed nothing and I was grossly misled and now they charge me £25 a go everytime I try to speak to them, which takes a huge amount of time as they are really bad at getting back to you. I was deeply traumatised when my Mum died and thought I was doing the right thing going to a solicitor but I so wish I had steered clear of these people. I feel like I’ve let my Mum down by going to this company.

My solicitor, Debbie Ennis Evans at DPA Law was amazing. She represented me with professionalism and compassion. Always keeping me up to date with developments in my case and showing patience and understanding. She performed a first class service.

I have the highest of praise for the wills department at DPA. Ffion was fantastic in dealing with both myself and my husband. She was friendly, knowledgable and was happy to visit us at home. Her assistant Teresa was a great help also.

Absolutely poor . No communication eg returning my phone calls ., probate taken far to long to sort out ., and expensive., will never use again

Awful company!
Do not answer calls. Took a month to send out contract packs for house purchase, currently held up for another six weeks. Solicitor, estate agents calls and emails ignored. Our contract is signed and ready to exchange.
They couldn’t even find the file which was travelling between offices.
Do not use this company.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for DPALaw, they literally rescued me when I was horribly distraught and in need of help, other law firms approaches were as good as sucking a lemon and solely motivated by extortionate financial gains, some even betrayed me by acting in conflict, Mr James Trask lawyer at DPALaw was motivated by achievement and success in the most professional manner, the outcome in my case was rewarded by success, trust me, trust them .

We received an excellent, professional service on the sale of our property from Natalie. She made this experience stress free. We would highly recommend Natalie and DPA Law.
