Package didn't arrive

Package didn't arrive, had to hang in a call queue for 30+ minutes at 30 cents a minute.

Did not get an appropriate answer of where my package is or even a solution.

Basically scammed me out of 10 euros on top of not delivering my package.

This absolutely the worst delivery service, right now with an almost non-existent customer support.

They should be ashamed

Never tries to deliver

This so-called delivery company never delivers. They announce the time they intend to and then shortly afterwards announce that the delivery has failed and is being sent to a pick-up point. Even when I have been at home all day I have never witnessed an attempt to deliver a package as promised

0/10 would encourage all companies to look elsewhere for their delivery services

Avoid

Every. Single. Time they were the delivery company, it would mean I would not get my parcel delivered to my home.
I pay extra because I don't want to go to the pickup parcel shop, but they don't even try.
I finally tried complaining after the 17th time (ofc no one picks up the phone), and look at this shameful answer.
The driver didn't even come to my street and he marked it as missed.

To be avoided at all costs.

Delivery person skipped my residence…

Delivery person skipped my residence and just decided to drop off the parcel to a pick up point and therefore forced me to pick up a parcel that I actually paid for home delivery.

Customer service is of no help either as they did not redeliver to the correct address, which is the home delivery address on the label and I did not have any instructions to deliver to a pick up point.

They always lie about supposedly delivering

Several packages that were to be delivered by them: they always say no one was home. However, we have a doorbell camera and it shows they never came to our door. Last week, the same lie again and they didn't even bother dropping at a pickup point, but just sent it back to the vendor. Right now, DPD is even worse than Colis Privé and that's saying a lot.

Lie about delivery attempt

Lie about delivery attempt; never actually came to my door.
Contacting customer service just results in a bunch of lame excuses. They never did an actual delivery attempt and wanted me to go and fetch it at a collection point. End result is I never received my package. Avoid if possible!

They Never Even Showed Up

I waited all morning for my DPD delivery, tracking the driver so I wouldn’t miss them. I saw on the live tracker that they were in my neighborhood — then suddenly they left for another town. A few minutes later, I got an email saying they “missed me.” They never came to my apartment or rang the bell.
I tried calling customer service, but after waiting on hold for a long time (at €0.30 per minute!), I gave up. Terrible service and a complete waste of time.

Liars and troublemakers

They claim to have come to my house - not true, I was here all morning and no one wrang the bell neither called my cell. Then, they place my order (which is pretty heavy) in a pickup point 30 minutes away from my house(30!!!) I don't owe a car, therefore they really messed with me. I payed for a door to door service. Shame on you, at least leave the package close to my house. I live in a city filled with pickup points, have some respect for what you have been paid to do DPD

Wrong again as usual

Yesterday it went wrong again. In fact with DPD the chances of getting delivered correctly are minimal. The last three deliveries went all wrong. And the place where you can pick up your parcel is a complete mess. You have to look for yourself in a very dark room full of packages. I don't even bother anymore to pick it up. I don't order anything anymore if I can see that it will be delver by DPD.

for te second time in a row wrong pick up point outside brussels

for te second time in a row, the driver didn't came to my delivery adress and put it in a different pick up point than the one i had chosen. the pick up point is outside brussels so i can't pick it up. your driver is doing whatever is the easiest for him. So my conclusion is that you don't care about client. So this time i will fill in a complain to test achats. your company has no competence to deliver package, your drivers are lazy, under educated and don't even speack any languages, dutch, french, german or english that we are supposed to speack in order to work in our country.

Incredible bad service

I had already many experiences with several different delivery companies, but DPD is the worst ever.
TRhis is not the first time that I was waitni at home for the delivery because of the necessary, but at the end I received the message about the failed delivery attempt... Come on, are you kidding?
Then I tried to call the customer service 30 cents per minutes charged, but I was only put on hold for 5 minutes and had to listen music... Unbelievable... Never ever if there is an option to choose your shipping partner -------

worst experience

worst experience. My package has been put in some random locker absolutely not convenient for me and for me , physically is not possible topick it up , so I will lost order.. because someone was lazy to put at proper address. And excuse that maybe there was no space in original address is not standing,since just day later bigger package is delivered to same locker and address. Never again will use your service even there is no other way for delivery. Rather will give up any ordering , then to use your service

Once again DPD fail to deliver to my home

Once again DPD Belgium did not ring my door bell to attempt a delivery to me. They just lie and say that they could not deliver the package. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that DPD Belgium service were paid to deliver to my home and refuse/fail to do this. I was at home on both occasions and also have a Fermax DuoxMe system that takes a photo every time someone rings my doorbell - guess what - no photos on either occasion!! This is a form of theft as they are paid good money for a delivery service to my home but they refuse to do this and deliver to a generic Pickup point instead together with the other “so- called” failed delivery attempts. I advise suppliers and individuals to avoid using DPD. Their service is totally unreliable.
I was so angry I requested a refund of the delivery costs of €8.51 +VAT and I just received confirmation from my supplier's Customer Service that they will indeed refund me. I suggest all you other people do exactly the same and in this way DPD will start getting complaints from their own clients and will start losing income !

fake attempted deliveries

We ordered a desk (20Kg) via Amazon and the delivery service was in partnership with DPD Belgium. Despite the possibility to track down the delivery, DPD never showed up while marking the delivery as attempted but failed. While in the beginning we were informed that our address resulted inexistent (it exists..), at the third missed delivery, I sincerely though this was intentional. I guess the employees just did not want to deliver a 20kg box given that the access to our main door looks being at the top of some stairs (while it is not the only access). The worst today: the DPD delivery vehicle passed from being in a small town more than 10 km far from our apartment in Bruxelles, to "missed delivery" in less than 5 minutes, during the week with Monday's traffic. It is blatant that they did not even try to approach. The customer care service was inexistent, the only thing they did for us was keep going rescheduling the delivery and yet every morning for 2 weeks it has been the same. We have not been provided the choice to receive it at any of the delivery points. We provided additional instructions to get easier access to the front door (despite never had issues with other deliveries) and phone numbers. In the end we had to ask the seller to reschedule the delivery with a different company. Not recommended at all.

Complete failure

Every day, their website displayed and stated the package was to be delivered during the day at the postal address. No one ever rang the bell, nor was a note dropped in the letter box, neither was a text message send to the phone alerting me about the delivery. Tracking the package was useless. This kept on going for ten days. Out of the blue, it is now being send back to the expeditor. Called support for clarification, and try to understand why this has happened. No support at all. No answer. They were polite by saying that they believed my statement. I have huge concerns about this company and will opt for a more reliable one based on my previous experience.
