I have no idea if the deep clean of my dpf actually works. Certainly the service provided was good - the dpf was collected and returned efficiently, and payment collected as required prior to its return. But the garage refitting the deep-cleaned dpf reported that it was still dirty and sooty inside. Just 2 weeks on, the dpf warning light in my car reappeared, but did go off after some vigorous driving. So a big hole im my pocket and no further forward. Car drives well, but always did. So if you do buy this service, make sure it is a dpf fault first, and check irs condition before refitting.

I call them 5 times, they solve all my questions, I'll highly recommend them.
Collect the piece from my local garage, Tuesday, call me Wednesday to confirm price, clean it and send back to my garage on Thursday 11am, so Thursday afternoon I have my car back. If you have doubts just ask and compare with local prices, they were better and cheaper than anyone close to me.
