Excellent customer service experience
Excellent customer service experience. Wendy was my point of contact throughout the process and she always responded to my emails extremely promptly. Her responses were relevant, precise and very helpful.
No work is ever completed without your explicit consent to proceed and all options are clearly laid out with associated pricing.
The collection process is straight forward, just box it up and make it available for the collection courier! The courier will also handle any paperwork / labeling requirements so no worries there either.
I was worried about using a postal service at first, but now I've experienced the process end to end, I would not hesitate to recommend the DPF Clean Team to anyone that needs a DPF or Cat unblocking.
