My dealings with DPG on the level 7 CIPD course have been beyond words, I cannot believe CIPD work with a company with such awful customer service and content. Once signed up your support is gone! No one has answered my questions even after chasing responses, the course content is full of errors and so crummy. They changed website mid course lost data in it and didn’t even send out correct log in instructions to the new website after the ones they sent out didn’t work. They continue to waste my time. I really wish I had gone with MOL for the sake of the extra £1,000. I’ve asked three times since last year so possibly since four months ago, can I cancel and lose all the money I’ve spent to date so I can go with MOL or a decent provider, but guess what! No reply! It’s an awful lot of money £5,000 to spend and be treated like this and given such rubbish to work with. The quality is shocking they should be ashamed. They repeat they don’t have your earlier correspondence, how can they not have it, I’ve got all of it. I’ve studied at this level before online in law and it was a wonderful experience, this company needs overhauling. I’m documenting everything and will send details of my entire experience for £5,000 to CIPD.

Website changed 3 months in, lots of things on website do not work, not able to contact some people due to errors on website, response times mean one issue takes a month to be resolved. Zero communication, and when I do hear from them i am given the wrong information! no help and left extremely frustrated.

All round good process so far, enrollment was quick, and seems to have a wealth of resources available at first glance. Avnita has been very helpful looking forward to the course.

Enquired on a Sunday, received all the info I needed, signed up, was given admin access to my account, which was immediately created and, hey presto, I'm actually able to start my CIPD L5 L&D course on the same day that I enquire. Excellent service so far and Roddy, who was very responsive, deserves credit for getting me up and running in a matter of hours. It's too early to comment on the overall experience yet, having just started, but I will be happy to add to or amend my review at the end of the course. Thank you for a great sign-up experience.

Recently I have been through some stressful situations at work, that concluded with a redundancy.

Once I have been on the phone with DPG, I have received the right support and managed to reorganize my studies. I will continue studying with them in the future.

I had to ask for an extension to my support period and Dominic was able to extend it by two months as a gesture of goodwill, which is very nice and helpful for me and takes the pressure off my studies.

Roddy assisted me with my registration very efficiently. After making some initial enquiries via the online chat, he sent me by email all the relevant information. My registration was dealt with quickly and within 10 minutes of receiving my completed registration form I got an email providing me with my user account details.

Roderick Briggs was amazing very helpful and was very prompt responding to my queries.
