Just signed up for CIPD level 5, i finished with DPG my level 3 and i was so satisfied, that is why i decided to sign up and for Level 5. Roderick was very helpful and supportive as always.

Can't reccomend DPG enough, 5 star service!
I chose the distance learning, but when I did need help tutors were in touch very quickly and always with super helpful feedback.
I saw people complaining about the new portal. I was literally half way through my course when this kicked in, and whilst it did take a little getting used to, in the end it was a much better facility.
Keep doing what you're doing DPG!

I will not mention all the issues I’ve been through as I am a fair customer and I am reckoning that DPG acknowledged their errors and rectified them, but it seems that my troubles are still ongoing.
Finally, I’ve completed my course in March. The relevant department contacted me with an overview about what will happen next, that all my work will be reviewed by CIPD itself, therefore I will receive my certificate. The process will start in May as it was the nearest window available, with a six weeks period minimum to get this sorted, and if I have other queries to refer to CIPD directly.
I called CIPD to familiarise myself with the process and they flagged that actually the nearest window was in April and to contact DPG informing them that I can still enrol to that window, also to let them know that I am still having one assessment marked as a no pass.
I have immediately come back DPG with a recap from the call: no answer.
I have then asked for a acknowledgment of receipt and to receive an answer but I’m still waiting for a reply. Date of the email sent: 4 weeks ago.
This is not acceptable. I wasn’t combative, I have called CIPD as requested and come back to DPG with further details. I paid more than 2k for this course, the only thing that I am receiving is silence and it’s utterly unprofessional.
Now, I will complete to pay the course in June (as well as my CIPD membership) and the window in May will take 6 weeks. I’m sorry, but I don’t think that’s a coincidence.
After this year and an half I haven’t posted anything on trustpilot, but after this, I wouldn’t have enrolled in the first place, but I would have choose another path, as I’ve successfully completed another qualification with CIPD in the past and I have never had this type of experience.

This review is based on the enrolment process and Roddy's communication. As a representative of DPG learn, he contacted me often, but not overwhelmingly often and his communication was clear and supportive. In stark comparison with a different centre, Roddy called and emailed with a lot of information - the other place asked me about my current job title via email and that's it; no other emails or calls.
I don't know if it's standard or what Roddy's working hours are, but he also called me after usual working hours or replied to my emails on a weekend.
