Needed to renew my husband's driving…
Needed to renew my husband's driving licence and went on Dr Admin in error without realising, till an email 3 days later with £89 debit and also they will collect this every 3 months. Rang Barclays to cancel future debits, only to be told they can't do it as this is a legitimate site and they have had complaints in the past and Dr Admin lawyers have been into banks to justify this. Was advised to contact Dr Admin and cancel. It was Sunday, so phoned them and left a VM, got a call from them 8am Monday, we explained that we had made a mistake and need to cancel. The girl was helpful and cancelled and sent emails to confirm, with regard to the £89, 3 days had lapsed, but agreed to refund £60. With regard to the licence it was processed and we had actually paid an addiction £10 for this to begin with. My advice is to not cancel the card you originally paid with, as the refund will come back to this, and if cancelled, their small print says, they cannot refund, so you will lose out the £89. I then notice a “recurring payment” on my account for £60, phoned them again and they confirmed they will not take any further payments as all has been cancelled. The licence was received within 4 days.

I got scammed too with Dr Admin. Paid £34 for my daughters provisional licence and now hit with £89 bill for something I don't want and didn't sign up to. How do they keep getting away with this is beyond me! I thought I was going through Gov.uk but obviously not. They are now saying I signed up but it's all in the small print and NOT something I signed up to. SCAMMERS.

This company took £89 from my bank account & intended to take the same amount every month. I was subscribed to their services (that I do not want) by simply applying for my provisional license online. I am absolutely livid that they were able to do this & would warn anyone to exercise extreme caution. Do a paper copy & buy a stamp....it will only cost you the price of a stamp & not £89. How and why does this company even…
How and why does this company even exist? It's £34 for a driving licence via the UK government website. Why does DVLA endorse a third party to overcharge young people for a provisional licence, a company that then deviously sucks you (somehow - I don't even know) into an £89 monthly subscription? Just came off the phone to an outsourced operator who calmly offered a £60 refund on an a staggering overpayment. There are scams and then there are scams. Dr-admin is the most un-needed, stupid, ridiculous company in the world. Do not use them. Do not waste your time or money. Why is this not shut down already? Utter chancers making £29 per transaction at volume and that is their business model. Crawl under a rock Dr-admin and never come out.

Awful...do not use this company. They charged me £24 then £89 and refused to refund. They said the monthly fee of £89 is admin!! So £113 for a driving licence renewal instead of £14. Why oh why did I not just walk down to the post office!
