Company stated that i refused delivery
Ordered an item on Amazon with a 40% discount. Received email from Dragonfly stating that delivery would be in the next hour. No delivery. Received an email from Amazon the next day stating that I had refused delivery and the parcel was being returned to the warehouse. Called Dragonfly who admitted that the driver did not attempt delivery and the parcel would be delivered the next day. My parcel was returned to Amazon. Refund is expected to take 2 weeks. Cannot re-order item as it is out of stock. I was waiting at home for this delivery and absolutely did not refuse the package. I have security cameras and can prove that no one attempted the delivery. I am also unhappy that this has been recorded on my Amazon account as me refusing delivery.

Systematically delivering to the wrong address…
Systematically delivering to the wrong address, instructions NEVER followed and delivery people incapable to read or decipher a printed label and compare with the address written in big letters on the front of the building. The WORST EVER courier service experienced. Every time I place an order I dread to discover they will be "in charge". And evry sinhle time they do, they never fail to FAIL by delivering to another freacking address 🤬🤬 This company should NOT be allowed to keep operating with such an appalling service quality. They are AWFUL!!!!!

Doesn't deliver my Amazon package even though Amazon said it would be delivered. And when they delivere it to a neighbour, when you're not home, they don't even say where they delivered it. I went through my whole neighborhood asking around, it was hell for someone with social anxiety.

The advertisement on amazon said: order today, deliver tomorrow. I ordered it on friday. Saturday they said they tried to deliver. (I was home) and the gps of the bus said another city (the one next to mine). I called customer service and they filed a complaint. Today is tuesday and i called with the customer service again and they told me that my package was coming only 2 deliveries before me. I waited. Got an email they couldn't deliver.

They ignore the delivery instructions, and drop the package at the gate in full sight in the rain. It’s the second time they are doing this.
Even when we’re home they just drop the package in the rain.

Absolutely the worst company in the Netherlands and I'm speaking from experience over the months. From mild things like ringing a doorbell at 23:00 and posting my pictures without consent as proof on the delivery website (not e-mail), but recently I had an Amazon package missing and you can clearly see on the picture that it was hanging outside the postbox, nobody rang a bell and I suppose it was stolen. Then today they at least rang a bell but nobody was even downstairs. I left outside and saw the damaged package barely hanging to the wrong postbox, of course they didn't take a picture of that, just a building view from the car. As always Amazon was very helpful to solve it, and I reported this delivery company, but I honestly might stop ordering from anywhere that uses Dragonfly. Not worth the additional stress!
