Ordered an item from Amazon on Friday…

Ordered an item from Amazon on Friday 6th March for next day delivery. Was home all day but i received an email that an 'attempted delivery' was made. Which was bullshit.
They 'tried' again yesterday but apparently no one was home again LOL.
Worst courier ever. Call center people are not helpful at all. Lazy drivers. Just effing quit if you guys don't like the work.

Fake delivery photo, unprofessional mails

Deliverer Toney faked a photo of the parcel in my mailbox. The box had never fit. A neighbour saw him then hide it behind a flowerpot. Another neighbour put it in a safe place later. Tracking mails looked unprofessional from the spelling errors, and that Toney is a disgrace. This multinational doesn't live up to their promises in NL.

the worst delivery company…

Absolutely the worst shipping company on the planet. Everytime I order from amazon I'm hoping it's not them doing the delivery. Something goes wrong 8 out of 10 times. Either they leave the package at the wrong address or they don't bother leaving it in front of the door but out on the street for anyone to take, even found my delivery in the green waste container. There’s a BIG poster on the window next to the front door stating parcels should be left in the carport 4 m from the front door. NEVER have any issues with DHL or DPD. Dragonfly drivers just don’t care.

Package lost

First time receiving a package with this courier, i didnt know it existed till i missed my purchase cause nobody knows where it is.

Terrible company

Terrible company. They just throw packages in the front yard, don't ring the doorbell, and are rude delivery drivers who lose packages. Unbelievable that this is possible; what a truly worthless company.

Damaged delivery

Damaged delivery. Left it outside without having permission to do so. Called it delivered just by taking a picture of the house number and package. We were not home. Folded the package, damaging it and stuffed it into the letter box that it did not fit into.

Constant fake tracking and lies about…

Constant fake tracking and lies about "attempted deliveries" that never happened. Reports that they "can not access" the property when there is a drop box for deliveries right by the road, at most a 10 foot walk.
This is a constant from one dragonfly delivery to the next. No other company has ANY issue delivering to this address. Packages when finally arriving have 6 or more address stickers on them often from far far away areas and the packages look very warn, torn and tired. What are they doing?
Current shipment they have had since March 1 and today is March 7. In that time tracking reported no less than the package assigned to 7 delivery drivers yet NO delivery. No way to contact them to report issues.
Just a silly company to deal with. Stay away!

Never deliver on time, lose packages

It always states that I wasn't in when I was, every time! This helps them to keep their 98% of packages delivered on time statistic when the truth is, they never deliver on the day stated. My latest parcel has been lost! If I could choose another carrier when ordering on Amazon, I would.

day ruining

very very poor experience, reviewing from the netherlands. long story short a very important and urgent medication i needed to arrive early in the morning that they confirmed they would do so, arrived at around 9:50 PM... they stop delivering at 10pm and according to the status my package was within a walking distance region from me was waiting around all day since about 8 am
