The majority of the Gutter parts I ordered were supplied, next day, from stock. A couple of out of stock items were supplied promptly, as they became available. Overall, excellent service.

A throughly professional, caring and honest company.
I had an issue with a product which was dealt with immediately to my satisfaction.
My issue was treated with the upmost priority ( unlike most companies once they have completed a sale)
I can honestly say the level of service I received was the best I have ever experienced.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, absolutely first class.

Bought some Marley guttering etc and prices were excellent. Was delivered direct from Marley and arrived damaged. Emailed Drainage Online, with pictures of damage, and product was replaced next day delivery. Can't fault Drainage Online. Will use them again.
