I placed an order 18th April and still not recieved my order.Ive called several times with no answer.Also sent email which I've had no reply.I appreciate the circumstances that we're all facing at the moment,but some form of correspondence would be great.Will not be ordering from them again.

Ok so i have read the last few reviews and initially thought i had the same problem.
Then my goods turned up with one item missing.

In the meantime i had called, emailed to no avail, when finally a lovely lady called Lauren emailed back and gave me reassurance.
I had thought the same thing about whether they were even solvent. I called my credit card company just in case, but gave them a bit longer.
Luckily things got resolved.
I'm guessing they have issues with the current pandemic but it may be worth giving them a bit longer.
Thank you Lauren. Things may go wrong but you have been very customer focused to help them go smoother.

Absolutely rubbish don’t answer phones and don’t reply to emails shocking do not use these , I placed an order 20 days ago and still haven’t heard a dicky bird , I am in 2 minds weather to filth them online shocking behaviour and £155 down to these clowns 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely awful, I placed a £200 pounds order, it took over 10days to get here, when it arrived everything was in one plastic bag with 5 holes in , therefore loads of items missing, now they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails 😡😡😡

If I could give zero I would!

Awful service. Items ordered which clearly say in stock, after chasing undelivered items multiple times I was told I would receive the items last week.. surprise surprise no items arrived and I was told again they would be delivered today, nothing arrived. Phones aren’t answered to request money back or discuss further so I am logging potential fraud with my bank as I am unsure if this is a legitimate business or not. Do not use.

The prices are far cheaper than all the usual outlets and I was slightly wary of ordering because of the bad reviews. But thought I would order well in advance in case of any issues. I ordered on Friday and the order was posted out 24 hour delivery on Wednesday, which is not as fast as screwfix/toolstation, but if you are not in a rush then its fine. All my items arrived in perfect condition and most importantly the cost was 25% cheaper than toolstation & almost half the price of screwfix! It was mainly Aquaflow items which I've used for a few projects before and they are absolutely fine to use, no worse than floplast. I did email them asking for an update to my order & they emailed back within 24 hours. Highly recommended & I've just placed my second order.

Products were as described and decent quality, got a email the day of ordering to say they had been dispatched, but took more than 10 days to arrive and no one answers the phone or emails shame really as good product range

You have sent me two 185/210 * 100/115 adaptors, with the SKU tickets CONVENIENTLY OR IS IT SUSPICIOUSLY removed.

I CHASED YOU TWICE VIA YOUR SITE AND I FEEL YOU HAVE SIMPLY TRIED TO FOB ME OFF.

I CANNOT ACCPET THESE ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND ARE NOT “ADAPTABLE” FOR THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION IN HAVE.

PLEASE RESPOND ADVISING WHEN YOU WILL GEWT THE RIGHT PRATS TO ME OR REFUND THE FULL VALUE OF THE PARTS YOIU HAVE FAILED TO SUPPLY.

Ordered a roll of drainage sock in November 2019.

Had email saying that the order is complete?

Sent an email in December saying I have not had the item delivered.

Rang in January, took ages for the operator to answer, and kept me waiting on the phone.

Rang me back saying that the order was lost, but supplier failed to tell them!

Wish I read all this reviews before ordering lessons well learned ,place an order it was a day and a half late not as promised and I ordered 12 items and only three got delivered ,ringing the phone can't get through to no one my only choice now is to just in my car and drive 100 miles to there office to get this sorted.

Unfortunately I have had the same experience ... I order 14 sections of water drainage with the smart stainless steel grid. When it arrived I had 12 galvanised grids and 2 shiny stainless steel ones. They do not return emails or calls ... DEFINITELY AVOID - LOOK CHEAP BUT DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICES.

Placed an order hasn't arrived nobody answers the phone,24 hour's delivery don't think so, shocking service, if you want reliability don't use this company, not sure if I will receive my goods at all just no communication.

This is about the worst company I have ever used. A very simple order of a strap on boss connector and bush. Thee weeks later, three phone calls and one e-mail I am still waiting for the correct pieces to arrive. I have had the completely the wrong fittings sent twice despite different people promising to sort out the problem. Now given up and sourced the goods locally. Excuses have been, in-experienced pickers, cannot read numbers, shortage of staff and problems with the e-mails

All worked well for me.

Phoned up prior to ordering to discuss access issues to the site. Call was answered immediately and advice received. Placed order on Monday, all delivered Thursday am.

Given that Amazon can't do better than two days to get stuff here, three days seems pretty good.

Nervously ordered after reading negative reviews. However their pricing was very good across the items I required, far cheaper than other drainage sites. Order was delivered quickly. They had a 10am cut off, I think my order arrived next day following that deadline.

An item was missing from the order (ordered x2 received x1). I telephoned, was advised it would be looked into. I did make a follow up called but missing item had been dispatched and arrived a few days later.

I was happy and would use again.

Drainage Shop has had its share of problems.
It has now moved to new warehouse and sorted it data based phone system.I got through at once.

Result our order was meticulously executed with delivery the following day.
One cannot ask for more than that.

Wish we had read these before placing the order, what a very poor company who should not be in business. Showing 24hrs delivery we have waited a week, cant get through on the phone, no delivery details, no tracking, no job being done now due to their lack of respect for people trying to get work done. Will be asking Pay Pal to recover our money, thank goodness we paid via them. Would no even give them one star

Ordered goods, they failed to deliver, after one week I tried phoning them dozens of times without an answer, I e-mailed them requesting an update several times and received no replies. So after two weeks without any communication and a status on my order of ‘in progress’, I contacted them and requested a refund, one week later I am still waiting on the refund!
