New sewage treatment plant
I CANT RECOMMEND DRAINSTORE HIGHLY ENOUGH.
I ordered a sewage treatment plant in 2022 for installation in 2023 and the job was started in late january 2024. Unfortunately on the first day which was a thursday the building inspector who was supposed to be there "FIRST THING" to check the position of the tank didnt turn up until after 12 noon (well done east staffs) and becuse of sub zero temperatures the expected concrete delivery was then cancelled so nothing was actually done until the following monday. Work started on monday and the old tank was in the skip and the new tank was in place and connected to the inlet by the end of the day. In fact we were only disconnected for a couple of hours. Work carried on and the electric etc was all connected and the site was clear and all block paving etc relaid and tidy by thursday. Far from being the stressful experience I had been expecting it was a very professional job carried out very quickly and all I have had to do is relay a few pieces of turf and put some gravel down. Full marks to drainstore

Almost three years ago this firm supplied a pumping station to a site one of the properties has been sold and lawyers needed very specific details which were not in the hand over file. We called Drainstore with no great hope - brilliant helpful firm found order ands then emailed over a complete pack of data that is more than sufficient to answer lawyers query. VERY happy property owner
