My wife and I have may dealt with over 100 agents over the years in London, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo and we think Ben Spanton at Draker Lettings is truly excellent.
He is energetic ,relentless, polite and he listens to people’s needs.

After renting in London with many companies previously and being disappointed by the customer service, I’ve tried Draker and was proven wrong. The agents - Mo Kanso who let my house for me - are quite professional, attentive and responsive. Unlike other agents elsewhere, Mo was very cooperative with me all throughout the process from helping me sign the agreement to moving in. He made sure I was accomodated in my new home to the best of his ability by responding to my complaints and giving me help when needed. Will continue renting with Draker because of the service provided by Mo Kanso.

Everything great, had a really lovely experience here. Jordana is such a wonderful agent! The best one I ever worked with. Very compassionate, very helping! Will definitely go to her next time I need to find a new place.

I now only use Draker to rent out my flat. All agents there reflect the professionalism that Tim instills in them from the top. Tim built a fantastic business and I have been using them since then. I have been dealing particularly with Jordana since 2020. She managed to rent the flat without a break from the previous tenant, in spite of the difficult Covid lockdown conditions. We have just extended this contract for another three years. Jordana is extremely pleasant to deal with, it is her dedication, knowledge and responsiveness that make her very effective in securing a good tenant. I can fully recommend Draker and Jordana as an excellent partner when dealing with the stresses of finding new tenant!
