Just having jewelry or anything that you can have of your love one to hang on to when you feel so lonely is amazing to be able to have and this company gives that to me. So ty so very much. I've ordered several things from this company and love everyone of them.

I ordered a personalised car mat for my husband for father's day .when it arrived I was disappointed with the quality, it doesn't look anything like it should do ,false advertising, they blamed my bad quality picture i sent them ,which had the photo been that bad they should have informed me of this ,only gave me £6 back when it cost me £45 ,it can't be used as a floor may as is creased and the creases won't come out ,will never buy from these again ,

I ordered custom cufflinks for my wedding, based on the images of what they can provide on their website.
On arrival, it was just a piece of metal with a super fine engraving, giving absolutely no detail or depth to the design, and leaving portions that should have been cut out in place. Even based on the low quality of the work, they didn't even manage to fully complete the engraving, the top right corner was totally blank of the outline.
Customer services have been of no use, they just keep disputing the quality of the product provided, and the best they can do is charge a 50% cover cost for the return, and you must pay international shipping to send them back. I genuinely don't usually complain, I am the most laid back person going.
I am not saying that everything they sell is of bad quality, but I would Highly recommend people stay away from the custom cufflinks, they are of terrible quality, and a small child could do better.

My wife bought a Father’s Day gift from these cowboys because she is stupid and doesn’t understand what quality looks like so it is her fault in the first instance.
Having said that the company she bought it from (this one) is nothing more than a joke and their business practices should be looked into and I will be reporting them to whoever will listen from the ombudsman to Clearpay and Amazon.
Having a deeper look at their site and comparing products on other sites you will see they are nothing more than a drop shipping front for cheap jewellery available on cheap Chinese sites and Amazon.
She bought a necklace and when it hadn’t arrived she looked into it at which point she contacted Amazon as that’s who were dropping it off, Amazon informed her that they had been sent an incomplete address by the company and confirmed it hadn’t reached me.
The address was missing the street name and a door number so how they even consider it got to her is amazing to me.
She contacted these cowboys at the first point and they told her to obtain a non receipt of goods form from Amazon and then they would claim for it, a little strange because anyone who’s ever had a package lost will know the company provides you with this you Sign it and they obtain their reimbursement through the shipping company after they have refunded you.
As I mentioned though my wife is a bit of a clown so she accepted this and contacted Amazon (the shipping company) to ask for the form at which point they told her that they don’t give that to the customer that the company who shipped it Drawelry in this case needs to request this then refund me and once again confirmed it hadn’t been delivered.
I contacted Drawelry to tell them this was what needed to happen at which point they strarted talking nonsense gave me an example usps (because they are located in the states btw) and showed me what I needed to fill in yet didn’t provide the form.
I asked them for the form again at which point they ignored it and started telling me I needed to prove I didn’t get it.
Now it may just be me but I’m not entirely sure how you can prove you didn’t get an item however I do feel a postcode and village would probably be adequate in proving that it was very likely to more than certain it would not have reached my specific address but I digress.
In my good faith I sent Drawelry the email from Amazon confirming it never reached me and asked once again for the form.
They ignored again asking for proof, at which point I have taken over the chain of communication and I am quite rightly fuming with them and have them some choice words and specific instructions seeing as though their stupidity is only mastered by that of my wife’s.
Once again they sent me the address which was completely wrong and missing information and told me they had provided the correct address to Amazon to ship to me despite me being sat in the correct address while reading it and it being nothing like that or specific enough to reach me.
I once again instructed them to request the form from Amazon at which point I would fill it in and return it to obtain my refund.
They then emailed offering that if I pay half the money (another £30 btw) they would ship another to me, well I was obviously fuming as I wasn’t about to part with £30 after she had spent £60 so £90 in total for a cheap necklace available for £10 on Amazon…I wanted my refund for not having it in the first place not to spend more on garbage tacky jewellery.
Anyway I’m in the process of currently speaking to Amazon and my payment provider to charge it back as these are nothing but scammers.
Disgusting company fake from top to bottom and I feel for anyone stupid enough to buy from them but take a moment to think of me because my wife is one of them.
Update: despite me providing details they haven’t been in touch to rectify the issue and continued their stance on the original chain of emails.
Scammers.
Will be charged back.

I ordered a wooden wedding guest book from this company over a month in advance, trusting their stated delivery estimate of 9–18 days. After three weeks with no update, I contacted them, only to find out the item hadn’t even been made yet—and my friends wedding was just one week away.
I spent four frustrating days trying to cancel the order and get a refund, but the company repeatedly ignored my request and instead kept offering a 15% refund if I kept the item “as a sentimental piece.” I explained multiple times that a guest book is meant to be used on the day of the wedding, and arriving afterward would render it completely useless. They still refused to cancel and refund in full. Only after I threatened them with bad publicity did they honour my request and cancel the order.
To make matters worse, the website doesn’t clearly state any production time, and communication with their customer service was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive.
We ended up with no guest book for the wedding and no time to find an alternative. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.
For the £100 price tag, I was expecting a high level of service, clear communication, and timely delivery—none of which were delivered. Hugely disappointing for such an important occasion.
