Top customer service!

Customer service is so good that I went out of my way to find them on trust pilot to review, ordered a bed guard for my daughter and it came with the wrong mesh, I emailed them at around 10pm and at 9am the next morning I woke to a really nice email where everything was immediately resolved, the customer service agent (Miguel F) was kind, friendly and really helpful and he got the correct mesh part sent out to me with next day delivery.

Would not recommend this rail

Would not recommend this rail, my 2 year old has it on his cotbed & the plastic part sticks out and higher then his mattress
And he got his leg stuck
And it’s cut and bruised his leg badly

Appalling customer service, shambolic organisation

Appalling customer service, laughable exchange and return policy. I ordered two baby gates and two gate extensions, and asked to exchange upon seeing that the gate design would not work with my staircase. I asked to exchange for two more expensive gates and was told this was no problem. They collected the gates, yet I heard nothing about my exchange, so I emailed the customer rep I’d been in contact with. She told me I’d been refunded for all 4 items and needed to place a new order. I thought this was odd, since I’d only received a refund for £17, which I thought was due to the exchange being processed. Long story short, but I spent almost two weeks begging the sales rep to refund my money (£74), resulting in an email exchange of over 30 emails. I was repeatedly told they had processed the refund when they clearly hadn't, and was finally called by the sales rep’s manager and told that the delay must be because their billing department was located in Australia (??). 2.5 weeks after getting the partial refund, I finally received notification from PayPal that the refund was being processed.

Suffice it to say, I will not be purchasing anything from this shambolic company again. Buyer beware.

Review given after delivery failed

This review was rejected from Dreambaby's website so I thought I would post it here.
Dreambaby relies heavily on delivery partners who fail to deliver. We were waiting over a week for a delivery from Hermes (evri) and given a tracking number which became invalid within 48 hours however the tracking number have us a few hours of fun whilst we watched our safety gate being bounced around the country on a course if mystery only to be lost just outside St Helens. Credit must be given to Dreambaby as a refund was issued and recieved however if we would have known prior to ordering that Dreambaby choose such poor quality logistic partners then I would not have ordered in the first place

Fell apart within 2 months of purchase
I fitted the gate accordingly to the plans provided, about 2 months of use the bracket hinges came loose and fell out of the gate itself. I have emailed the company and yet waiting for a response, not safe for babies or children

Dreambaby retractable stair gate from argos…

Bought the retractable stair gate from argos. Gate works ok but there are no skirting board spacer included. Every hiuse I know has skirting boards so omitting this is silly. To buy the spacer from dreambaby costs an additional 30٪ extra. Total rip off. Argos don't stock the spacer so I made my own

Sent used goods as new avoid

Bought a new stair gate through Amazon market place however they sent out a dirty scratched used one. The box was dented and watermark over it and then very badly cello taped back closed. There was no bag inside to keep it clean either. When you try to ring them it's a premium rate phone number so you get stitched up both ways. Amazon stepped in to send out another one. Will never use this company especially in these covid times.
