This is by far the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had and I do not skimp on certain things. You can feel it supporting various parts of the body and leaves you refreshed in the morning, my wife has also said exactly the same. I did do lots of homework on different mattresses beforehand and tried a few, we also read reviews from the uk on it as the US seem a bit weird for want of a better word. I don’t know if the American version is different but the uk version is amazing.

Top notch customer service, very polite and helpful. I sent an email with a question regarding the mattress I was interested in. Not only did someone get back to me quickly, and answer the question, but also offered me a mattress protector for free with my order. I'm very happy with the mattress, duvet and pillows that I ordered, everything is of a very high quality. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

So far so good. The mattress did take some time to get used to as it is higher and firmer than previous ones. The returns period does allow for the mattress to be given a good try. That was one of the main selling points.

Bed is amazing really comfortable sleep , and the workmanship is solid , delivery was spot on the guys couldn’t have been more helpful

Easy to order. Regularly updated on all aspects. Mattress arrived and old one taken away. Really pleased with the comfort. Would definitely recommend from our experience 👍

Unfortunately this mattress wasn’t suitable for me as I found it too firm, however I cannot fault the customer service I recieved when arranging a return.

The 365 day trial period is very reassuring. Ordering was easy through the website. Delivery of the new mattress and removal of the old one went smootly. Initially we were concerned that the mattress was too firm. I spoke to a very helpful assistant who explained that a new mattress takes a while to break in.. She offered to send a mattress enhancer at no extra charge. That helped and now the mattress has settled in we find it very comfortable.

We are happy with the mattress and with the delivery and with the after sales service. I recommend Dream Cloud Sleep without reservation.

Although the mattress was not suitable for us we found the communication process on returning was easy and efficient.Good company to deal with.

I had tried the mattress at my daughters and liked it. Ordering was simple, reasonable price and I was kept informed about delivery times. The mattress arrived on time and was taken to my room (it is heavy). The instructions for installation were spot on and the old mattress was picked up on time.

Softer than my previous mattress which husband likes,I'm still getting used to it.

I`ve been "sleeping" on a Nectar Memory Foam mattress for the last 5 years and almost instantly it felt like I was sleeping on a sloping roof,it felt like there was a ridge down the middle of the bed and the only place I could sleep was in a "bowl" on my side of the bed.
After visits to a Physio Therapist,due to an RTC,it was suggested I needed a firm mattress.The missus did some research on the interweb and found a hybred mattress from DreamCloud.
Delivered within a few days of ordering,allowing 2 days to fully "inflate" and sleeping on the new mattress from 23rd December 2025,it`s BLISS.
I can NOT recommend this mattress enough.

Delivered on time, the mattress is just perfect, never had a better one. 10/10

Very comfortable mattress and great customer service. Only negative is that they charge £15 to carry a 50kg mattress into a room of choice.
It comes in a 3ft 6” by 18” box which I could have easily done it myself if I’d have known it was compressed.

Only had mattress a month, hence only the 4 stars.
The mattress is great, well manufactured very comfortable and has given us great night sleeps. May it continue

The delivery was an absolute disaster! Two rather unpleasant individuals turned up. They were very uncooperative and rude. They dumped the consignment on our sitting room floor. The packaging was badly damaged and held together with sellotape. This was reported to DreamCloud and the courier company. One of the men asked us for money at the door! They were both of Indian origin.

After dragging package upstairs to bedroom (it weighed 47KG) we removed the outer packaging to find a label on the mattress saying "double". We had ordered a King Size mattress. We reported this immediately. We didn't open the vacuum packed mattress but placed it back in box. Later that day we were told a replacement was on order, and would take 4 days. However we were allowed to open mattress to sleep on until replacement arrived. On opening we were surprised that the mattress was in fact the right size ie King Size. We reported this and cancelled the replacement. During the following week I received numerous calls from the courier wanting to rearrange delivery even though I cancelled. The bottom line is that the courier was awful. The labelling of the product was not accurate. The mattress itself is wonderful and extremely comfortable. We also had the old mattress taken away, and this service was flawless.

The experience was very good although the matress wasn’t for us. We bought the DreamCloud mattress, also because of the reviews and the description.
Unfortunately and after four weeks we’ve come to the conclusion that the particular mattress we’ve bought, was not what we were looking for.
I definitely recommend, trying before buying, as we’ve come to realise, we are all very different when it comes to comfort.

Don’t buy. Scam. Mattress is terrible quality and has made my sciatica 10x worse. Wish I could have kept the money and bought a better brand!

Should advice customers if you purchase a mattress don’t cut of fire warning tab ,because if not satisfied with your item they will not accept a refund
