The box my mattress came in was really badly damaged, and my mattress has scruff marks on it, I asked the driver to take photos to send back to the company because he refused to take the item back, I have taken loads of photos for proof

Good mattress

From making the order to delivery we have been impressed. The mattress is very comfortable. Our initial query was dealt with extremely promptly and we were guided through the process of delivery and disposal of the old mattress.

There were issues with the delivery guys who said I had a standard delivery, whereas I'd opted for the option of delivery to a room of my choice. No reflection on DreamCloud but the packaging was in a dreadful state & filthy all over, not helped by the wet weather so my carpet also got dirty from the packaging. How or where it has been stored prior to the delivery I do not know. I did communicate this but received no answer from the man bringing the mattress into the bedroom.
There isn't an option to have the bed put together for you, and as a disabled pensioner, that would have been handy. The colour of the base was lovely. I bought the higher priced mattress as I have arthritis and joint pain and felt this gave the best option for my needs. I was looking forwards to having the new bed but the mattress was very unforgiving and hard. By the morning, not only was I aching all over, I was very hot. This wasn't as cool as I'd been led to believe. It got so bad for my joints that I could not sleep on the bed at all. I contacted DreamCloud about a return and was asked if I'd like to try a 'mattress enhancer' worth £70 to see if that helped. It arrived on time. Thin is the only word to describe it and it was pretty obvious it wouldn't enhance anything but I tried it for two nights. Each night my pain increased from the hard mattress and became really sticky hot from the enhancer; not pleasant. Unfortunately, I will have to ask for a refund and send this mattress back. For a lot of people this mattress might be brilliant, unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

Very straight forward purchase of my new super king mattress. The website was very clear, instructions on how to arrange delivery was very clear and the delivery and pick up of my old mattress was superb.

The mattress itself is lovely, however the cash back scheme via Quidco seems a cop out!! We followed the process to a T making sure no additional browsers were open, no voucher codes were used etc... and we were due over £100 cash back to be told they have declined the cash back claim as we must have had a browser open which voided it.

That's a joke, it's because it's a decent amount of money that they won't let us claim. It's such an easy excuse not to pay people. It's so disappointing when you do everything right and follow the procedure to be told no months later.

All I'd say is don't be surprised if you don't get any cash back from this website.

Website is very clear and straightforward. Costs look competitive and other reviews look positive. I had a question re collection of our old mattress and was directed to a dreaded virtual assistant….. Question asked and I think for the first time ever I was answered swiftly, concisely and accurately! I navigated the last part of placing the order, close to Christmas so doubtful in my mind on delivery date, but in essence, delivery within 5-6 days including the weekend. Very happy so far…

Everything went well from ordering to paying the only thing which was wrong was the delivery the two men who delivered the mattress refused to take it upstairs saying the delivery was hall only which i certainly did not ask for so my wife and I who are both over 75 of age after a while manage to get the heavy mattress upstairs which i can assure you I was not happy with so this is what it's like these days so yes not happy with that side of things Everything else was spot on thank-you

The mattress is fine & very comfortable,however we picked free lightweight quilt as part of Black Friday deal and never received it which is disappointing.

We bought our DreamCloud mattress based on recommendations from a few trusted sites, particularly Good Housekeeping. We were looking specifically for a mattress which would be kind to bad backs...and we have found it! We are so pleased with our purchase and have already recommended this mattress to friends and family. It was very easy to order online and also to arrange collection of our old mattress.

So far, so good.

We ordered and paid for our mattress and received a text to confirm the delivery date we had chosen and I arranged with my workplace to take the time off to take delivery. All was going so well and we looked forward to receiving delivery.
On the day of the expected delivery we received a message confirming the delivery time but as the time had elapsed I looked at the tracker to see that “delivery was attempted but failed” I contacted the delivery company to be told the mattress was still in the warehouse and delivery would need to be rescheduled. The mattress was delivered two days later, however, I lost £125 for my loss of earnings for the unnecessary time taken off and I need to know who I approach for reimbursement?
The mattress itself is very comfortable and I would recommend to friends and family, but I am very unhappy with the delivery company that Dreamcloud use, hence the two star rating.

The reply from Dreamcloud is very disappointing and not what I was looking for. It is not right to brush aside the poor service and my loss of earnings with a half hearted apology.
I ordered a mattress from Dreamcloud and they are responsible for delivery and I was let down and out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I will not be recommending Dreamcloud to friends or family and downgraded to a one star review due to the poor response from Dreamcloud.

The reviews were important and because of them we did purchase a bed and mattress .
Sleep has become better a fantastic purchase

I thought after 20 years, I should really change my mattress. I researched various ones, I did like my memory foam mattress, so a hybrid sounded the perfect choice. The review’s helped me decide the right mattress for me, organising a delivery date was really convenient, I felt the cost of the mattress was reasonably priced & guarantee of satisfaction.
I’ve slept on it now for a few weeks & I am really delighted with it. As a Retired Nurse I am riddled with Arthritis & as a side sleeper, this makes for a comfortable night’s sleep.
It was a really good decision, but be mindful it’s a 2 man job to get it upstairs & insitu 👍
