I bought a king size mattress 3 years ago the lifetime warranty was a big factor because I broke my back a year before and needed a mattress that would allow me to sleep. After 3 years the mattress began to sag in the middle especially with two people on it. I called dream cloud and explained it am a vetran with back issues and that this expensive mattress i bought just a few years ago has started sagging. They told me to take pictures so I did then they wanted me to stand the mattress up and take pictures. I told them with my back issues I could not do that. They told me to purchase one of their mattress toppers and that would solve the issue. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So there is no lifetime guarantee . The middle eastern man who answered the phone could not even speak English. Dream cloud is a joke and their customer service is worse. DONT WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ON TOP OF THAT THEY TREAT VETRANS LIKE CRAP.

Poor quality materials, weak design/construction.

Lovely comfortable mattress. Bought originally for a loft room with limited access as it comes in a box. We now have 2! Really easy to order and fast delivery. We bought the bundle which included duvet, bedding, mattress protector and pillows. Absolutely love the bedding which is super soft just wish it came in other colours as would like to order more. The pillows were much too firm for us so are now unfortunately redundant 🤷‍♀️. I would definitely recommend this company though overall we are very happy with our purchases.

This is the filler in the Dreamcloud pillow they charged £30 each for. Its bacically chunks of foam fragments that vary from the microscopic to large 8mm chunks. Make up your own minds. I asked them if this was normal. They didnt answer. They insisted they wouldnt change them as the Guarantee had run out. Images pending. There doesnt seem to be a way of uploading the images here.

I spent some time researching and testing mattresses before opting for this one - reasons great reviews, great guarantee and promise. Delivery was on time to my bedroom and unpacking easy. Had a super nights sleep after letting it breath. And ever since perfect nights sleep and im fussy!!

This company is phenomenal. The mattress is amazing but even when after 3 years the cover split open they replied to our email with minutes, setup an appointment within a week and within 2 weeks we had a brand new mattress delivered and the old one replaced without losing our forever warranty. Hands down best customer service ever as well as the most comfortable mattress ! I recommend them to everyone !

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. A perfect night's sleep from the first night. Good support right up to the edge of the mattress. Delivery was timely and efficient.

After much research looking for a new mattress, I selected this company partially due to the great reviews, but sadly in general reviews can be less than truthful. The thing that made my mind up was the 365 return policy. You may wonder why, well I have had an hybrid mattress previously & after around 6 months it was getting saggy in the area I usually sleep (I always sleep in the same place) so was less supportive & as the mattress could only be rotated, not turned, both areas were the same, so a 365 return option is a great safeguard.
It was very simple to order the mattress, great email communications regarding what to expect regarding delivery. The delivery was trouble free & the delivery men were very helpful & friendly. So 5 star all round

Due to the mattress being so heavy and many people with mobility issues purchase these it seems extremely poor service that there is no way of putting the mattress on the bed and removing packing. The removal of the old mattress is unsatisfactory as the cost is even above what the local council charges.

Thats the third matress we order. We're very sceptical first time as it looks too cheap to be that good and its not a popular website. Didn't regret it.

Purchased the king size mattress initially a bit firm but after two weeks absolutely love it. Also bought the pillows my wife likes hers but I went back to my old simba pillow as I found the new one to firm

Ordering was easy, was great I chose a day and it arrived on time.
The only thing for me is the weight, but that reflects the quality.
My husband suffers from leg cramps in the night. First night sleeping on the mattress he no longer had them.
Well worth the money.
I also bought pillow an a mattress cover definitely all good.
The only niggle when I was ordering it the site said chose a free gift, that didn't arrive.

Great mattress, good service

Ordering the mattress was easy and it was delivered in the promised slot. As for the mattresses performance, we have slept on it for a week now and found it to be not only very comfortable, but surprisingly warm in comparison to our previous mattress.

Good comfortable mattress and looks well made.
The only issue was the delivery driver would only drop the box in the hallway. When I asked the delivery company why? They told me Dreamcloud would not pay for delivery to room of choice.

So easy to order my new mattress & communication clear & precise.
The best mattress we have ever bought. Ideal for anyone who suffers with back pain….not had a single ache or twinge since buying it 2 months ago. Would highly recommend.
