Unprofessional Planning and Misleading Promises – Bucket-List Trip Ruined

I was initially hesitant to leave a negative review, especially as this appears to be the company’s first on Trustpilot. However, our experience and the agency’s response have left us with no choice.

Our trip to Turkey did not meet expectations, but what was more disappointing was the attitude of the agency towards us as customers. When we shared our feedback on Google, instead of acknowledging the issues, the owner chose to deflect responsibility and blame minor delays and irrelevant factors.

This response made it clear that the company is unwilling to take accountability or handle customer concerns professionally. Based on our experience, I would not recommend trusting this agency, especially if something goes wrong during your trip.
