Ordering from this website was an absolute dream. The customer service and the attention to detail is amazing. You are guided every single step of the way for your product.
I ordered an MSI GK20 keyboard and it was literally at the company within the next day. I then decided to get it delivered to my house which came the next very morning!
I was then whatsapped with the tracking number , the link and whatever questions i had , were answered literally instantly. It really feels amazing to treated like a human and not just a order number .
Dreamwaretech pays so much attention to detail and pleasing the human nature and makes every moment ordering from their website so exciting.
Their packing is so neat and precise with a chocolate thrown in aswell. I will most defintely be ordering much more as i am so please , so excited and so happy at the friendly customer service and how quickly everything gets delivered to me.

Superb Communication
Massive thanks to the team. I asked if they could deliver a few items before the long weekend and they happily obliged. They gave me an update on the items as they came from different suppliers. This was my first experience and it is a great one. I'll definitely be making more use of them!

Great brand, great service!
Dreamware give a great service with friendly staff that really go the extra mile and put a nice personal touch into their shipping! They have a great brand!
While they have very fair pricing, they may not be the most competitive as some components may be a fair amount cheaper in other places, so if you are on a tight budget do your research! That being said, Dreamware stock some items that I have not seen on other online stores, so keep that in mind.
What they lack in competitive pricing, they make up for it in quality of service. You won't regret being a customer here, I know I don't! I'll will be back 😎

Excellent Service
Honestly, the best service I've experienced in a very long time. Dreamware is quite literally on the opposite side of the country and delivery has always made it to my doorstep in a timely manner. I especially love the extra mile that is taken with the little note that comes with the packaging and it shows how much customer satisfaction means to them. Dreamware deserves an 11/10, thanks so much for the excellent service !
