I discovered Dreamware Tech in my search for places that would build me a customised machine. From the first email to the delivery of my machine, service and interactions with them has been amazing. Jess is a delight to deal with, Justin was awesome with his advice on the best components to fit my budget and even pointed out that one of the other quotes I had were adding in things as extras that I didn’t need. His honesty and upfront advice immediately took them from “who are these guys?” to “these are the guys!”
They kept me updated on the progress of my build and their customer service, friendliness and turnaround time all deserve more than 5 stars!
Hands down this has been the best experience regarding anything involving computers I’ve ever had. They are definitely my “go to” computer guys from now on.

I cannot begin to explain the amazing service I received from the team.
I placed my order after business hours on Friday expecting to only get a response on the Monday. Saturday afternoon I received confirmation of my order and that it was being processed.
Monday my items were received by supplier and shipped out that evening.
Being based on Gauteng I expected delivery on Thursday, but no, Tuesday 9am everything perfectly delivered.
The support from the dreamware team throughout the process was exceptional.

Best customer experience I have ever received from any company. They handle each purchase as personal and give great attention to detail for every purchase, no matter the size or the price.

This is easily the best service I've ever gotten from a computer store. Frequent updates, incredibly polite, quick service (3 working days from the other side of the country), and there's a freaking chocolate bar in the box! Literally couldn't ask for better service. Dreamware will definitely be my go-to place for PC hardware from now on.
