Just amazing! Second bathroom i've done now with Drench products, first one all brass and quality was stunning. Second I opted for black, also lovely and one tap was damaged on arrival, they had a replacement shipped out next day delivery as soon as I raised it.

Happy customer- great service
I was really pleased as I wanted to order handles for my bathroom furniture. Originally they were available as a separate order, but the company have incorporated the handles as part of the furniture, just depends on what finish they want. I emailed to ask if I was able to order the handles separately as I didn’t need the whole unit and that was absolutely fine.

Misleading product description and warranty
I purchased the Drench Clara Deck Mounted Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer & Slide Rail Kit in Dec 2022. It is advertised as 10 years warranty. When one of the leg crack and water squirt out. This is what I get when I contacted the customer service: "Unfortunately, the supplier has advised that the leg is no longer under warranty, and that a replacement will be chargeable."

We understand how frustrating it must have been for the bath shower mixer to develop a fault, particularly when you were expecting it to be covered under the advertised warranty. While your warranty stands with us for 12 months from purchase and after this period the warranty is transferred over to the supplier directly, we remain available to help in any way we can. Following their assessment, they advised that the issue with the leg was not covered under the product warranty and that a replacement part would therefore be chargeable. We appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for and understand your disappointment.
We're sorry that this has left you feeling dissatisfied. We always aim to support our customers by liaising with our suppliers on their behalf and ensuring warranty claims are assessed as fairly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback.
