Awful Service
After waiting 2 weeks for delivery for a wall hung toilet on the day of delivery they smash the toilet pan and tell me it will be at least 4 weeks for a replacement!
I was offered a refund but then told I wouldn’t receive the money for 10 working days! I wouldn’t purchase anything for Drench in future!

Arrogant and unhelpful team
Arrogant and unhelpful team - better off going to Victoria Plumbing. Told an item listed on their website as a “towel rail” couldn’t be used to heat towels and should in fact be considered a “towel warmer” (despite this only being understandable in a PDF product manual).
So 3 months after buying a £500 towel rail it’s going into landfill.
Waste of time and another business that doesn’t give two hoots about the environment or their customers.

I was initially quite nervous about using an online bathroom company, especially as we were placing a large order for two bathrooms. However the experience turned out to be excellent from start to finish.
The customer service was refreshingly good, really personal and attentive which you don’t always expect when buying online. The team took the time to help with the details of the order and made sure everything suited our plans. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting things right!
Their prices were also very competitive compared to other suppliers we looked at, and the next day delivery is fantastic, which made the whole process even more convenient.
Overall, the combination of great customer service, helpful support, competitive pricing and fast delivery made the experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. I can’t wait to see the finished result in a few weeks time once everything is installed.
