Shambles from start to finish
Item arrived damaged. Five different conversations to sort replacement and collection, which then occurred on the day I said I could not do. Awful experience. Also told by one of the customer service team that “we do not compensate inconvenience”

Refused to correct their own invoicing error
Truly awful customer service. Ordered bathroom items (including a vanity unit and radiator) from Drench, which I later found operates under the same company as Tap Warehouse. The invoice they generated didn't match the billing details I provided when placing the order — instead it pulled outdated information from an unrelated order I made two years earlier.
When I asked for a corrected invoice for accounting purposes, I was told this was my fault for not updating account details I didn't know existed. I escalated to Karol in Customer Service Resolutions, who confirmed there was no one more senior I could speak to, and was told the only way to fix the invoice was to return all the items and re-order from scratch - for what should be a simple admin correction.
Genuinely poor resolution process for something this straightforward. Will not be using them again.

I found the exact toilet pan specification I was looking for on the Drench website. Ordering was easy, and delivery was made on my requested date. I was kept informed throughout the process, including being given a time window the evening beforehand. The delivery team were on time, and delivered my toilet pan and seat into a room in my house ready to be fitted next week. Excellent service.

All items were of great quality arrived as pre arranged. Unfortunately the cistern was broken but contacted Drench and was swiftly organised for full new toilet and cistern to be delivered which arrived in perfect condition.
