Im having difficulty with Evri, the courier used by Drench. My package may have been lost according to Evri’s chatbot, with little information or resolution. However, I contacted Drench directly today and they have given me a full breakdown of where my package is and when it is due to be delivered from their tracking system. Mine gives me limited information now. I am so impressed yet again with the customer service that Drench provide and this has made me feel less stressed about my goods!

Great radiators & service

Bathroom modernization (orders from the better half)
I have stripped out two bathrooms now (they were old and tyred) and I purchased items from Drench. The quality if very good, processing easy, and delivered in a timely manner...what more can you ask. Also had an occasion to call up for some advice...very helpful.

What’s advertised on the website isn’t…
What’s advertised on the website isn’t clear.
The tray that I chose for my customer showed a matching grating, so I didn’t look any further at any additional parts, as they weren’t required, as far as I was concerned.
Turns out … they don’t included it and don’t do anything about it, apart from say ‘Sorry’
Shan’t bother using them again.

Terrible durability and quality
Installed a whole new bathroom with Drench products back in 2022 and already most things have fallen apart.
1) Emily 600mm Mirror Cabinet with Offset Door - The super heavy door of this cabinet has fallen off after only 4 years of use. It is really heavy and simply came off one day and fell onto our toilet seat, completely smashing it. Thank goodness no one was present in the bathroom as would've caused serious injury
2) Emily 500mm Back to Wall Toilet Unit - Hacienda Black - This unit has the top edges peeling off
3) Hudson Reed Rectangular Countertop Basin - The stopper of the basin was stuck and wouldn't open after about 2 years of use.

In particular, the supplier may need photographs and/or further information to establish the cause of the issue and whether it falls within the applicable guarantee.
