another how did we do request
When ordering products online, the web site and how its presented helps. The whole process was seamless. its not the first purchase I have made and everything was as one expects. That said I do despair @ the how did we do constant need for validation e.mails. When you pass on, Im convinced the last thing in the coffin will be a card saying thank you for choosing us for your final journey leave us a review on trust pilot!

Great customer service.
What stood out about Drench was very good customer service and communication. We had a few issues getting the bathroom furnishings we wanted on time, which was not Drench’s fault, but supplier issues. We also had a couple of snags during the fitting with missing items, again not Drench’s fault. Customer service was very good, we resolved all problems without delaying the fitting and any refunds were quickly actioned.

The products arrived quickly, especially for bulky items. (A toilet, tap, wash basin, vanity unit and toilet boxing in) arrived pre assembled with no damage and are really good quality.

Excellent customer service
I recently ordered a bath from Drench. The bath arrived no problem, however the delivery company couldn’t locate the legs, they assured me these would be sent out a few days later. Unfortuntely this didn’t happen. However I then contacted Drench customer service and explained what happened, that day I received an email apologising and saying they have sent out replacement legs which arrived the very next day! Was very impressed with the customer service from Drench and the bath and legs, apart from the slight delay, are exactly what I wanted.

Initially the looks of the tap and the value for money drew me in. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately there was a small scratch on the tap. Drench's customer service, however, is amazing...Helen sorted out a replacement to be with me next day. (DPD let the side down and messed up the delivery. Anybody shocked by this?) I ended up having the original tap fitted and the replacement (when it arrived) returned. Helen then offered a partial refund. The tap does look fantastic, the service from Drench is second to none, and I will be buying from there again in the future!

Horrendous company to deal with
Purchased Bath taps and basin taps
Which were very expensive
The bath tap didn’t say or explain you need extra parts for these taps
My fitter went to 6 different plumbing merchants to look for parts
He showed them the tap on Drench’s website
All said the same it does not indicate this
My fitter lost half a days work trying to search and sort out parts
He even had to travel about 30 miles to a stockist . We even phoned Drench helpline
The man was was no use whatsoever
I emailed Drench and got no where
Sent them all the invoices to see if there would reimburse as it cost me another £78 for parts . Another team member phoned me just flannels her way out of it
They’re going to change the advert wording apparently . ???
There are not reimbursing
I sent them an email back
As I was going to purchase 11 expensive radiators and expensive kitchen tap
There couldn’t care less about loosing a good order .
I would not recommend this company to anyone . Stay will clear !!!!

For example, pipework may be copper or plastic, with connections available in different sizes and formats such as 22mm, 15mm, push-fit or threaded. We therefore recommend checking before purchase that the connections required or supplied with a product are suitable for the specific plumbing installation.
Our terms also explain that we cannot be responsible for costs incurred where plumbing modifications or additional materials are required to facilitate installation. This is why we were unable to reimburse the additional costs incurred.
That said, we do take your comments regarding the product description seriously, and we’re sorry that the information provided did not give you the clarity you expected. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team so that the wording can be reviewed and, where appropriate, improved.

Woeful at best
The ordering and online customer service experience from the Drench team has been great - 5 stars to Lottie Rose. However, we drop to 2 stars because Drench appears to be part of the Beyond Retail group, who also do the deliveries. After 3 attempts, and two smashed loos, I finally got an undamaged delivery. Didn’t stop the final delivery driver from throwing my delivery on the ground though. I understand sometimes accidental damage happens, but these chaps don’t seem to understand what the big red ‘FRAGILE’ warning on the boxes means. Or they simply don’t care. Nor do they apologise. No “hello”. No “goodbye”. The occasional grunt. Somehow feeling aggrieved that I’m sending a damaged item back (again). Alas, the (undamaged) toilet itself is great… but the delivery service is way below satisfactory. And the packaging is woefully inadequate for a fragile item. Single walled, soft cardboard that feels damp. No attempt to protect the items inside. Drench / Beyond Retail: do better. These 3 deliveries could have been avoided and I suspect would have saved your business time and money too.

Chipped defective basin
Ordered a basin and vanity. Basin delivery slot was 5-8pm and could not be changed. Basin arrived chipped and with a moulding defect. Customer services said faulty basin would be collected on Monday and a replacement delivered. Courier didn't turn up on Monday. No updates provided. Words cannot express my disappointment with the extremely poor level of service shown. If you want repeat customers you must deliver quality service which is very hard to find these days.
