Not worth the risk
Careful with this company, if you have any issues they will deny it with every excuse under the kitchen sink! I have been fobbed off so many times, it's hard to believe. Basin arrived and was fitted. Shortly after, hairline cracks started to become visible and after just 2 months of normal use, they looked terrible. I raised this, struggled to get traction on this case and was met with rejection at every point:
1. You are mistaken, that is sealant from when your plumber probably fitted it
2. The issue is not an issue, its normal limescale
3. You scratched it
4. We make 1000's there is no chance 1 went wrong
5. This case went through thorough review (despite fobbing me off with bad excuses previously)
5. Bottom line, not our problem, we reject this claim
6. You want a solution, pay for a replacement.
Despite explaining over and over again, Drench created a false narrative and denied everything I said. Awful experience and awful company. Stick to well known brands, I won't be making this mistake again.

You delivered late at night in a rainstorm what was later found to be a damaged shower tray, that had to be replaced. It was most difficult contacting the correct department in your company and jumping through all your 'hoops' etc etc. However, on completion you delivered a replacement promptly. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish . Initial enquiries to check that the Flipper Panel would fit our existing shower were efficiently and helpfully dealt with by Sales Executive Sue Oliver who also arranged speedy delivery to suit our plumber's busy schedule . I purchased a toilet and vanity unit for my downstairs bathroom nearly two years ago and unfortunately the toilet seat cracked. I contacted Drench and they arranged a replacement seat as it was still under warranty. The first replacement arrived cracked but after dealing with Chloe Milton at Drench a new replacement was sent out without delay. Thank you.

No fuss, great service. Ordered a sink and vanity and three days later it was delivered! Two emails letting me know when the delivery company would be arriving and a call on the morning with a short timeslot. I’d definitely use them again as it was just so easy.

Damaged parcel on arrival 3 times.
I ordered a shower screen. The metal profile/channel that the screen fits into was damaged on arrival. A replacement channel was delivered. This was also damaged and was visibly damaged without opening the packaging. A third channel was delivered and this was also damaged. I paid £40 for next day fragile delivery and it's now 13 days and I still haven't received my parcel in good working condition.
