Top Rated Heaters, especially if you are on an all electric system.
I turned off my storage heaters off which were Dimpex Quantum and cut my heating cost in half and now my flat actually gets above 20 degree. AMAZING ! For a small compact portable heaters it's a great low cost heating source! (My only heating source for a one bed flat)

I bought two Dreo Pedestal fans about 6 months ago after my sister-in-law bought 4 of them and we live in the same two story home. One of my fans began experiencing a clicking sound while oscillating so I reached out to support, and they immediately responded and asked me to provide proof of purchase, serial number, and an audio of the clicking sound. They immediately replaced the unit, and it's being shipped back to me as I'm writing this review. They're definitely a stand-up company. I've already recommended them to friends and family. I've been in the customer service industry for over 50 years, and this is what you expect out of a great company. Kudos to Dreo and their support team.

I was very surprised how quickly in two days they delivered my new Heater 316.
Small good looking heater, very very well made, working very quietly, quickly make my room warm.
Very happy with my purchase.

We had a problem with one of our Dreo Space heaters - Atom One. it would not power on.
I E-mailed customer services and they were fantastic as within two days I was sent a replacement.
No quibble here. I recommend their products because you know that you have the FULL backing of their customer services.

Great product. Love the tower 2 in 1. Fan pushes great on fan mode and heat mode it does okay. Have 3 dreo units now. 1 is a fan only tower with WiFi. Like that as well. And have a Solaris 718 dreo heater. It will do. Haven't used that much. But like the taller towers better.

This company has customer service that is useless. For the customers who actually got good customer service, you were lucky those employees actually worked for those times they were paid. No warranty support either.

We now have two of these heaters in our home, which is heated by wood stove in Maine. We have one in our bathroom and one in my daughters room which is in the back of the house. They work very well, very safe, and I love that I connect too them from my phone to turn on/off, set a timer, or see what the current temp. is in that room. HOWEVER I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from the Dreo website directly again, I will always order from a supplier. They shipping was worse then bad, I cannot stand when the shipping label is printed and then they don't actually ship the item for a whole week! First heater from Walmart got here in 4 days, Dreo it took 3 flipping weeks. Like get it together people.

Extremely poor experience. I was told my order had already shipped, but the tracking information shows that the carrier never received the package. Customer service insisted the carrier had it and blamed seasonal delays, but after contacting the carrier directly, I was clearly told they do not have the item.

Being given conflicting and inaccurate information is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not trust this company.

We are so very happy with our milk frother. If you’re thinking about an upgrade, get this one!! It’s the best!!!

Wonderful Dreo Products!

I’m enjoying my Dreo Fans and my new Air Fryer so much that I’m giving them to family as gifts 🎁 for Christmas.

Excellent product! I am so happy with my choice to get the larger unit, it makes for easier clean up and can handle a lot of milk. I use both plant based (soy and almond) and regular milk in this machine and both turn out exceptional. My favorite feature is the "hot thick foam". I highly recommend and would be a fantastic gift for any coffee lover. Best bang for your buck!

Much later delivery date then anticipated/promised

I bought a humidifier from this company via amazon and it came contaminated with a dead cockroach and eggs!!!! It was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard as even dead cockroaches can harbour diseases. I'm so angry. Amazon won't even let me post a review to make others aware! They even wanted me to send it back but after I told them that it was in the bin and I wouldn't be bringing it back into the house they said they would issue a refund without having to return it. I will never buy from this brand ever again. I had to pay for professional cleaning. I have an immune compromised child and can't take chances.

Warmest heater anywhere. Small unit that heats a room with amazing heat! The heat floats through the room like the picture on the box. I bought 3.

The unboxing was easy and clean. The pre-assembled heating tower was simple, truly plug-n-go. The unit heats my 10 x 14 foot den, literally, in about 4-5 minutes. And it's way more powerful than the similar LASKO ceramic space heater I had been using. I hope the DREO lasts as long as that one did -- several years. (I'm curious to find out what my electric bill comes to this month.)

The size and functionality is excellent. Space saver for its size and can be place in a corner. It can be a heater during cold season and a fan during summer or hot weather.

Amazing heater. Takes a bit to warm on a super cold day but then provides comfortable even heat throughout my 1000 sq ft home. Incredible value!

Easy ordering and remote was shipped quickly.
