Very slow refund on returns
Ordering is easy, delivery is quick but I'm still waiting for the refund of a returned item which was delivered to Dressinn / Tradeinn 2 weeks ago. Otherwise would have been 5stars.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with the prices were well below those anybody else could offer for the training shoes I wanted and the delivery was in a matter of three days. The item was exactly as I ordered and expected. I cannot recommend these people enough. They are genuine retailers that deserve your support. .

3 weeks waiting to receive a baby shoes order so far. The customer service are quick to reply, but offer no help at all, instead just repeating the tracking status I can check myself.
Currently in purgatory waiting. Advise paying a bit more and going somewhere else more reliable.

Zero customer service
Ordered an adidas parka but because I created my account AFTER ordering, my order doesn’t show up in my order history. Also I didn’t realise that my email was .com and not couk . Because of this I didn’t receive an invoice ( my fault )
This has caused problems with the return because I don’t have an item/order number so I can start the return process. As a previous review stated the automated assistant has only one response - “please enter a valid text”.
I did manage to find an email address and explained my issue. The response was less than satisfactory. I have tried several times to reach out to explain I can’t use the ‘ my account’ because I don’t have an order number. I did give them the correct email address and ask them to resend the original invoice , but alas no response other than what can only be described as a stock answer.
What a waste of time. Horrendous customer service.

One month later no delivery
I ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd April still not arrived and more they are on the website at a lowered price than I paid. Very disappointed and certainly won’t be buying from this company again. I wonder if I will ever get my shoes or just be £135.00 out of pocket 🤬

I've ordered thrice from Dressinn and have been very happy with them. If your looking for a Amazon style delivery (next day) then you will be very disappointed. Delivery is usually around a week, which I'm happy with. I would recommend them.
