OK, let's start saying that this company is based in Spain, so when making a purchase one has to take in consideration that is not a delivery that is gonna happen in just few days, BUT, (and that's a big BUT), in this case the proverbial good things DO happen to those who wait, they do have a huge range of items, and for the second time, I got an item I wanted that was sold out (in my size) everywhere else AND at a much better price, so if you have the patience to wait a couple of weeks or so, you will see that'll pay back with a great purchase at a very convenient price and in my view of things, that's a great plus for a company!!!!!

I will continue to post 1 star until this company take some action, my order has been lost and I have been chasing a refund for a number of weeks. I have filled in all the claim paperwork. No refund recieved, I have sent numerous emails but they fail to reply. Each review they are advising me to email but again they ignore. I will continue posting each day until I recieve my refund. Dress inn are well aware my order has been lost as they confirmed this via email but refuse to help with issue or issue refund. This product was ordered early march 2026.

Returns prohibited!
As others have stated, returns are denied upon delivery, and sent back to you. If you buy something here you have to be 1000% sure it fits.
Tracking clearly states the courier tried delivering the package, but dressinn denied taking it. Customs and everything OK.
At one point they promised to get me another shipping label for free (after paying 25 euro for the first one), but then i never heard anything from them despite saying 4 times i was ready to receive the promised shipping label.
Also do min that if you buy return shipping directly from them it will cost you 80 euro.
Absolute scam company.

Could not fault the process for delivery received updates all the way, although had not realised the product would take over a week to arrive! I purchased black Levi 511 jeans, the price was ok but it turns out weren’t the exact type I was looking for. In future it might be helpful if Dressinn put the exact type of trouser e.g fabric % cotton/elastane, which would have helped. I was also disappointed in the Levi red tag on the jeans, I initially thought they might have been fake, as I’m used to the little red tag with the Levi trademark, instead a little ‘R’ inside a circle, which I wasn’t happy about. Apparently Levi do this occasionally, but I wouldn’t have bought these from a store. I’ll probably get over my disappointment and they’ll be fine, but must say I’m not entirely satisfied and most likely won’t buy from Dressinn again unfortunately.

This company is a joke. I placed an order "68128238" 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have asked for a refund and they just ignore my requests, telling me to wait "This process may take between few working days." their communications don't even make sense and its imposible to speak to an actual human. SCAM COMPANY AVOID!!

I’m having terrible problems logging…
I’m having terrible problems logging into my account. My email address is set up wrong and it doesn’t recognise my password. My parcel hasn’t turned up and I have no way of tracking it. I’ve tried to contact them to change my email but it requires logging into my account. I just need to speak to a person and not a chat bot but I can’t see any way of doing that on the website. Communication is very difficult.
