Feels like a scam

I am a verry happy costumer for a while now. I just happened to spend like €231.92 including shipping on 23 items. Sadly I only received 22 items while I paid for the last item too
The item that i miss now is:

I wanted a skater gown for a wedding and dress link had the perfect one, not thinking about looking at the reviews I went on to purchase the dress and a bow belt accessories to go with the dress my total came out to 42.50 I paid for express shipping considering I needed it by April 29, and once I paid and received the order number. I went to read reviews and I was hoping my experience wasn't going to be a bad one, it made me nervous so I went back to check my order it said canceled and they had already took the money out the bank. After stalking the Web for customer service numbers I called four or five, never got through....so had to go to the computer found one number left a message only for a lady to email me to tell me I need to get a refund from my bank....please don't buy here...and to reply back to your comment...the other things I ordered wouldn't allow me to combine them in one order or delete them. So I clearly created a new order and purchased it with a tracking number of DLNS119Q that said Payment was received. I spoke to my bank and I would have to go through claim services because the transaction posted. We've spoken about this already.86-0775-89619517 is the number I've been calling only to not get an answer. Thank you again, wish your company luck....just don't charge my account since I don't have the option to delete it on my own and we're fine.

Bad company who will not refund your money even 4 months later
